They try really hard, but never get the order right. Thankfully I live close, so I can run back up there and get it right.... Always very nice and polite, and clean. Read more
Some really friendly staff. Not to long of a wait if there is a line. They really need to bring back the snack wrap lol. Js!
This location never gives out napkins. Never. I went through this time and the girl at the counter gave me only 1 napikin. Great... job, way better than the amount I got last time. This girl is an alstar. Though had 2 people in the car. Just throw a handful inthere. Seriously wondering if this location is trying save money on napikins so they can pay their employees 12 an hr. Can wealso get my sandwich order right? I'd like to order a deluxe crispy one time and actually try it. Read more
Waited 5 minutes to get to pick-up window to be told 1.5 minutes, pull ahead. ...8 minutes later. For the price I'll go to a... real restaurant next time. Not fast & not inexpensive. Read more
Tried handing me a Frappe with chocolate syrup dripping down sides, whip cream exploding from top. Window lady looking at me... funny when I asked her to wipe off. Told me it's my fault for getting an extra shot espresso. I've ordered exact thing hundredsof times throughout years. Quality control, sucks. Customer service, sucks. Read more
Alright, so every summer my entire life, my family, some crazy lady, and I would ride the rail trail from Saginaw and get food... here - McFlurrys, Smoothies, Quarter Pounders, Fries - you know what a McDonald's has. It's all delicious. They had this tableoutside we would sit at and eat while we watched the traffic go by - counting how long it took people to make a left turn ontoSaginaw St. They had a major renovation last fall. A big digital upgrade you see a lot of McDonald's doing now, yada yada. Inaddition to redoing the whole entryway, they tore out that table outside! My review had 4 stars after they did that, but theybrought it back plus more. So, we're back up to 5 stars. All-in-all, this is a nice locally owned McDonald's that has thatspecial small town (village) feel. Read more
