Loved everything about this place! First of all, it?s immaculate. Unique HOUSE mad food!! I asked for Spicy and was not... disappointed! We tried some breakfast tacos, tacos, rice, beans, horchata, tres Leche cake, a Jamaica beverage, and of coursethe free coffee! Food was prepared timely, served hot, and garnished beautifully. Everything was flavorful and fresh with pricesright as they should be. The cake was delicious!!! Homemade refried beans and rice were so good! This place is incredible! So much flavor! The burrito supremeo in a bowl is our favorite. But the chimichangas and huevo... ranchero breakfast are incredible as well! The Staff is extremely friendly! Genesis in St. Charles is high quality Mexican food, which we have been anxiously awaiting! They also serve burgers and American... food, as well as a full breakfast menu. We ordered the Asada (steak) burrito and chicken tacos. The tacos were street taco stylewhich were delicious. The food is not spicy, so you can add your own hot sauce or use their homemade sauce to your liking. Whenwe entered to pick up our takeout, a huge sizzling skillet of fajitas was coming out for a customer and it smelled and lookedincredible. Highly recommend Genesis restaurant! Edit 5/1/22: We dined in for breakfast and their menu has expanded, withdigital menus instead of a chalkboard. I got eggs Benedict and my husband got a Burrito.
