Last 3 times I've been through the drive through I've received the wrong order.
Why is the old lady that runs the restaurant so rude? If you hate your job so bad find something else. Don't bring everyone else... down all the time. Good food but poor customer service. Read more
Put a sign on your door when the lobby is closed and drive thru open. Customers have no way of knowing without parking and... getting out to find door locked. Very disappointed, takes little time to make a sign and you can reuse it anytime you need to. Read more
Burger King is known for the whoppers, but I love the jr whopper. It is just enough. The app coupons also come in very handy.... Friendly people work at the jungerman (St Charles, MO) store. The drive thru line usually runs well. Inside dining is still verylimited. Read more
7/7/22 18:40. Very long wait in drive through, more than 20 minutes. I ordered and paid online, but cashier wanted payment. ... After explaining that it was prepaid, they had a puzzled look, and asked another person. I ordered two Whopper Jr.s, but gotsome sort of sourdough burger with completely wrong toppings. We went super late tonight and they only had 2 employees. Even while being short staffed, they still got us our food super... quick. Additionally, the lady at the window was super nice and talkative and had amazing customer service. She even recommendedfor us to try the bbq sauce after we asked for ranch, and then gave us both to try. Didn?t catch her name, but she was great! Read more
Never workers, when you go through the drive through they are super rude and fries are barely done. Received mozzarella sticks... not cooked. Do not recommend. Read more
I guess it's to much work to put a sign on the door. Letting us know the dining room is closed. I don't know why 2 people are at... a table that I can see. Just not right. Read more
