I eat Freddy's regularly, I visited the saint Peter's location on Jungermann road today. I have to say that this location is by... far the best location I have ever eaten at. The burger was properly cooked, not burnt or undercooked at all. Fries were hot andgood strawfry crisp. The person who took my order, took time to ask people who their meal was. I have yet to get good food from this location. I ordered cheese fries and it took them 10 minutes to get them when I was the... ONLY person in the drive-thru. When I did finally get my fries, they were cold... even with cheese sauce on them. This hashappened a lot at this location, extremely long wait times for mediocre food. I went once at 2 in the afternoon, ordered anumber 1 and it took 20 minutes, also only 2 people in the drive-thru. The high school employee working told me she left schoolearly to get there, and she was the only one there and that's why it took so long for my order. I normally like Freddie's food. We went there in the late afternoon and sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for a... concrete and a soda. There was 1 car ahead of us. Finally we gave up and left without the items I ordered. When a customersorder is going to take a long time you have them pull forward so that you can serve others in a timely manner. Its rude not to. By the time we would've gotten the concrete it would've been completely melted. Read more

Why have the app allow for a carry out option if the dining room is closed? I placed an order ahead of time and my father-in-law... had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru. The food had been sitting on the counter and was ice cold. Ice cream was melted. I?mso disappointed. Read more

I absolutely love eating at Freddy?s! They have amazing cheese curds, yummy chili cheese fries, and some pretty good burgers.... The frozen custard is always cold and delicious! Will always frequent at Freddy?s! Read more

Sundae Soup- Completely disappointed. I ordered a large turtle sundae with no hot fudge. What I received was a melted sundae-... could have used a straw to eat it. Might as well have ordered a shake. The whipped cream topping wasn't even visible and itdidn't even have a maraschino cherry on top as pictured on the websites and menu board! Clearly, this was made when I orderedvia drive thru and then sat out for the 20 plus minutes I waited in line to get to the window. It might be advisable to trainyour employees to make such items once the customer is paying. What I received was a disgrace. I cannot imagine any corporateofficial or regional manager approving of that i was served. McDonald's has higher quality control, variety and lowerprices. Customer lost. Read more

I?m not one to complain but this deserved it. Me and my girlfriend pulled in and were excited to see only 1 car in line. After... waiting 45 minutes for them to give the people in front of us 2 milkshakes they bring out our food immediately. Both fry boxeswere half full and not cooked.
