The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I placed an online order, so once I arrived they didn't acknowledge my presence... while they continued taking calls. I waited 7 mins and the situation didn't change!!! I spoke up and was treated Iike anoutsider!!! That was my first and my LAST visit!!! I hate to call it what it was... RACISM in real time!!! Don?t waste your time with Imos and just got to Stefs on Jungerman. The size of a large at Imos is the size of a medium at... Stefs. We were served wilted and discolored lettuce so our salad size, which was already way smaller than stefs, was reduced bya quarter. The pizza tasted like frozen pizza. I couldn?t finish my plate. lmo's pizza is good but really expensive. Cecil Whitaker's pizza is just as good and cheaper. I ordered tonight's pizza... through the web and the pizza took longer than I was told. That being said, the pizza was good as I already mentioned. Read more
Prices are sky rocketing compared to the other pizza restaurants which is why its making us go elsewhere as of lately. But we... still love them. I wish the b sandwiches came with fries, onion rings or something. It's another reason why we've been goingelsewhere. The provel bites are to die for, so these are the one things we continue to keep buying because no one else makesthem as good as they make them. We buy the 60 piece. Tried Imo's for the first time and it was terrible. The pizza crust was soggy like they didn't cook it long enough and the... cheese was all slid over. This should have never went out to a customer. We spent over $54.00 and I have had frozen pizzas thatwere better. Guess we will stick with Pizza Hut. Read more
I called in an order to this location for delivery. The guy took my order and information and told me it would be about an hour... for delivery. I get a call 20 minutes later from Imo?s saying they don?t deliver to my address and that I needed to call Anotherlocation. I order pizza all the time and usually the person knows right away if they don?t deliver to your address. I calledback to try and get an understanding on why it took this long and to let them know I was inconvenienced because the locationthey told me to call was no longer taking deliveries. The manager Cody was very arrogant and rude and Said that I wasn?tinconvenienced instead of apologizing for their ignorance of not finding out before they had already charged my card and had mewaiting 20 Minutes before they realized they didn?t deliver to me. Gave 2 stars for he great customer service from phone call to pick up, but unfortunately the pizza missed the Imos mark! Did... they use propel cheese? Didn?t taste like it! Or was the cheese old I?m not sure but definitely different then Saint Louislocation! Read more
