Usually I enjoy this location, but today not so much. I asked for no cheese (dietary reasons) and got cheese, I didn't notice... until I ate half the sandwich, so now I'm dealing with throat problems. The sandwich tasted fine, but there was no lettuce onhalf of it and hardly any meat on the sandwich, which is not like this location to do that at all, especially when people pay$10 for a sandwich here. The workers were nice as usual, kind of slow for how they usually are which isn't a huge deal. Iwould have rather gone to subway for the toppings if I wasn't so nauseated by the bread smell (I worked there a long timeago). Just work on listening to the customer and putting the right amount of toppings on. Read more
Terrible example of a Jimmy John's. Jimmy John's left a response asking me to reach out to customer service. I had before and... was ignored. I did again after their request and so far totally ignored.. Why act like you care on the site when you are justgoing to ignore them when they do contact you? Please try and be more honest in your responses. A response like " Who cares?" would have been more in line with the experience I have had. Read more
idk if it's the fact that I can't have my sammie seasoned, I have to ask for my wrap to be cut, or the fact that I have to ask... for a bag to carry my sandwich, chips, and drink in one hand while also attempting to carry my purse and keys.......its givingvery much "ghetto" mixed with a bit of poor service. I felt a bit singled out so I asked and apparently the "blue haired"manager said it was a "Jimmy John's standard". (eyeroll). JJ's has gotten worse than ever at just about every store. I ordered my usual #14 and when I got to my work to eat it, it was a... chicken wrap of some sort. This is just poor service. I'd call and complain, but as my wife has found, it does no good. Read more
I would give it a 4.5 if I could but it won't let me. I love Jimmy John's. It's always a hit or miss when it comes to delivery.... It either takes 45mins+ or some times less. I've had to wait over a hour for one sandwich. I wasnt mad because I still got mysandwich even after being delivered to the wrong house. They explained they only had one driver working that night. I felt bad.Hopefully you get some more drivers. Read more
Order from here often, and it's usually pretty good. Today, I got a #9. Half the lettuce is brown, a couple tomatoes are half... green, meat is significantly less than normal. I order jimmy johns a lot, so I can tell when A sandwich feels lighter as soon asI pick it up, especially since I order the same thing EVERY TIME. I would suggest never ordering delivery from here becauseclearly they don't check sandwiches before they go out. Read more
