I have never had a worse customer service experience at a Panera than I did this evening. I understand being delayed due to... being short staffed. But to be missing half of our order, being hung up on when I called to have them start making the partsmissed, hearing staff discussing rude customers from previous days/years, running out of bread, and then getting home for thesecond time only to discover that the order was STILL wrong (sandwich ordered without onions, and it had onions), we will NEVERbe back to this location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee for delivery and even tipped well but they made the sandwich with rotten avocado so I... had to take it off and my coffee never showed up. It took 40 minutes just to have the coffee re delivered. They gave me storecredit for it instead of a refund so in order to redeliver it I had to pay a dollar more even after the store credit to get itdelivered. Stopped by this place for lunch since I was visiting the area on a day trip. Should?ve kept going because I placed my order and... specifically ordered a tuna sandwich without tomato. I was called to pick up the order and there was a big slice of tomato inthe middle of the sandwich. The bread was so tough I could hardly chew it. The potato chips were stale. Got there before 8:00am and only 1 employee taking orders with 4 customers in line. More employees came in at 8am. Ordered... coffee, bagel, and 2 eggs over easy with bacon. Have ordered this in the past with no problem. Problem this time. Charged forthe egg sandwich without the bread. Got one egg cooked hard and 2 tiny pieces of bacon. Coffee (light roast) was only warm andonly got 1/2 cup before it was empty. They refilled coffee thermoses 10 minutes later. Bagel was good. Over $13 for thisdisappointing breakfast.
