Came for a guy who brought me to his ?home away from home?, stayed for the bartenders, other patrons, trivia, karaoke, and bomb... pickle shots and pretzel bites! It?s my fave hangout now. And yeah, it?s dark because it?s a bar, and shockingly, occasionallythere will be drunk people there. Staff do an excellent job of cutting people off who show signs of potentially becomingproblematic. Keep it up Parrot?s fam! Read more

I came for karaoke. I stayed because of the food and atmosphere. The bartenders take great care of you, the acoustics are... amazing, and you HAVE to try their pickle shots. Read more

On a Monday evening we were offered the "Pizza and Wings" menu. I ordered just a basket of fries andy friend ordered wings. We... were left unsure how many wings we were going to get exactly - otherwise we would have asked for additional ones as the smallwings didn't make up for the small amount you get per order. They really were not anything special as I never once her my friendgive any indication that they were good at all. He did finish his plate, as did I. However this is a prime example of how alittle bit of customer service would have gone a long way. Some suggestions on menu items, maybe confirming the amount of wingsexpected, even a follow up to check and see how the good/poor everything was would have gone a long way. Our bill should haveeasily been over $20/$25, it was only $9 and some change. Though the waitress got a 50% tip, it wasn't well deserved - it wasgiven simply because we know what it's like to be the hospitality industry (especially right now). As for Taste: The fries weredelicious. I would have kept eating them had she brought another order. The wings were just wings. Nothing special beside thetemperature, they came out a little colder then expected but again - the plate was cleared in the end. Will we be back? Mostlikely not. Would definitely not go out of our way to go back and even if I thought about this place in the future I highlydoubt I'd recommend it just based on the service alone. Read more
