Kids loves Popeyes and ask for it periodically. After seeing in reviews that this location was superior to the terrible... Ellisville location, we thought we'd give it a shot when we were in the area. Very friendly and accurate order through drivethru. My only issue was that it was later in the evening and I can tell things were 'redone' in the fryer. It was a darkershade and not crispy. The food is always top notch at Popeyes and staff are usually friendly, it?s just how long it takes that is the issue and 8... times out of 10 your order will be wrong. At this location, the lobby is closed so it?s only drive-thru and the menu screen atthe drive-thru is black so you have to ask what they still have available. The doors say open 10a-10p, but they were closed lastnight at 830p without any kind of notice. Just dark inside. I only received about half of what I ordered and paid for and wasnot given sides I requested, or plasticware. Popeyes has good food when you get it, but they seriously need to take somelessons from Chick-fil-a concerning their customer service and getting the orders right. Read more
Typical Popeyes, no issue with the food. The inside lobby was closed but I'm sure that's due to staffing issues. Just a little... inconvenient when traveling and don't want to eat in the car. Service was quick. Read more

Not very impressed with my experience. I drove through about an hour ago to get 2 chicken sandwiches. No was was in the drive... thru, perfect! However, when I placed my order, I was told the chicken was frozen.... I'm used to mishaps in St. Louis Countyat other stores, but this took the cake. I'll give you another run, but wow....just knew in St. Peters I'd be in and out with noissues. Nope. Read more
We ordered double fries and did not get our whole order. We had to go back because we only received one order. When we went... back we brought back the one box of fries and asked to get 2 fresh boxes and were told no. We recieved the other one that wasleft on the counter since we left the first time. This is unsanitary and no way good customer service. I threw away the friessince I do not know if it had been tampered with. We will never go there again. Read more
I keep trying to love this place but just not happening. So I decided for the first time to try their app to order ahead. Placed... the order and was sent a order number and was told to just go through the drive up and give them my number and Walla my orderwould be ready. Got to the restaurant and waited in line for way to long with hardly moving at all. Decided heck with thisparked the car and tried to go in to just pick it up from the counter. Thought it would be no big deal since my options on theapp was drive through or counter pick up. Went to go in and doors were all locked ugh! Got back in my car only to find I was now11 cars back further than I was before. Nobody in this community and I mean no fast food restaurant except this one has nocounter service. I have tried this place three times now and all three times have had issues. The previous two times the chickenwas way over cooked and dry. May I recommend lees chicken I have never had bad settlor food from them. I will not be back tothis place. Read more
This location is definitely the best. The drive thru can take a bit since they are always busy, but if you go inside it is so... fast. The bathroom is a little scary with bad lighting and no stall door, but otherwise great. The people are always friendlytoo Read more
