We love McDonald's but at times the lines are long in the drive thru and could be a longer wait. But then your food is hot.
You guys need to seriously consider dropping the recorded message asking people if they are using the mobile app. It makes... people think you are ready to take their order which you are clearly not since I had to repeat my small order four times. I have been through drive thru numerous time. Everytime I order my cheeseburgers plain. I never get them that way. Here recently... I have complained. They happily agreed to replace them. Get home and they ARE NOT PLAIN. Ok you say just take the picklesketchup and mustard off and eat it that way. Pickles are easy to take off but you got to scrape the mustard and stuff off and ifthe mustard is attached to the cheese with the ketchup you can't get that off. Now this last time they replace my sandwiches myreplacement we're supposed to be playing and they were not here in the next week I'm going back again I guess this time I'llhave to go inside and look at the sandwiches before I leave the counter. I don't see what's so hard about a plain cheeseburger.Very frustrated. Read more

I see alot of negatives on this page so I want to add a positive. Not sure how the store used to be but today the older lady... that I'm sure is the owner or big boss in a blue shirt.. short blonde hair.. she was such a blessing. She was super nice! Would give negative stars if I could. I legitimately think this is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. It took FOREVER just... to order, then when we did the cashier was not answering my questions and didn?t put down what I ordered. She messed up thewhole ticket charging us $6 more than it should?ve been, I didn?t get my frapp that I ordered, it was cold, and disgusting. Weasked about it and took the food back up there and they looked at us like we were stupid, they wouldn?t get a manager to fix itor even fix it themselves. We will absolutely NEVER be back. We were just talking about how this was probably the best location. Today we ordered a couple cheese burgers, a sprite, and some... mcchickens. We got a McDouble and a water instead, along with our burgers. So we turned around, brought them back in, employeeswere hollering in the back, they gave us three mcchickens to make up for it, but they were all naked and dry. At that point, weaccepted our L.
