I placed a pickup order online around 6pm, it was ready when it said it was going to be & it tasted/was made exactly like the... other primos I?ve visited! Also, there were no other customers inside waiting when I picked up my food. Based on the otherreviews, maybe the newness of this establishment is wearing off & it?s operating normally. Great food, great staff. I was amazed at the way everybody worked together so well considering the place just opened and they... were all brand new employees. The guy who took my order showed a genuine interest in taking care of me even though it wasextremely busy. I'm looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this place. Read more
This place is busy so call ahead or use the app. Subs are delicious. Potato salad uses red skin potatoes which I dislike. But... the taste is good. Drinks are by bottle only and the cooler was not well stocked. Service is very good, especially whenconsidering that everyone is new as it has just opened. Visit today! Read more
While the food was in my opinion very good, it was much too expensive and they messed up 2 orders for me. While the staff were... very friendly they seem poorly trained. I walk up to counter after just standing with 8 other people for 10mins and find outeveryone else ordered already and they were waiting for next customer. Not one worker said a thing. I tell the lady I have anorder for door dash and she goes to get it. The young man directly next to her then attempts to take my order, leading to a veryawkward situation. After all that was over, my order was wrong. I got a 13$ cheesesteak and instead got a very small chickenParm sub. The workers were nice tho and even let me keep the chicken Parm sub, along with my cheesteak which was actuallyalready made. I came here at 7pm and placed a order for a small cold sub. I waited past closing time it was 8:11 when I just received my sub.... The workers were polite however really young and nobody had on hairnets and there was wigs and curls and pony tails hanging overevery station. I asked for my money back at 7:45 and was told it was ready. Which was not true still had to wait another 26minutes. Then after all this my bread tasted expired and hard. I got 1 piece of cheese, 1 piece of ham and then 2 pieces ofturkey with a overwhelming amount of lettuce. I'm really disappointed with this location along with the price for food here.I've been to many locations and none were ever this terrible for food nor wait time. Read more
We ordered an Assorted Tray that is supposed to come with plates, napkins, pickles, hot and sweet peppers etc and nothing was... included but the platter. Being a new business, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to call multiple times to get itfixed and no one would answer. (We called a total of 5 times). We are disappointed and unfortunately will not support a businesswho does not appreciate their patrons. Read more
Placed an online order for one ham sub with lettuce, onion and a bag of chips at 10:30am. Pickup time was set for 11:15am. Got... there and was told it would be a few minutes waited till 11:40am asked for an update on my order and was told it would be till1:15pm! for one sub with barely any toppings! I get they had a lot of orders and are "short staffed" but if you cant figure outhow to expedite small orders along with big ones then they are in big trouble. No place in the world is that busy that it wouldtake 3+ hours to assemble a cold cut sandwich. Just from me being there waiting for my food for 30 mins I noticed that they donot run their line efficiently at all. One guys was cutting the bread and meat while they had two lady's place toppings in onesandwich. They don't really work together well and hopefully its is just because they are newly trained. I believe I was given arefund but it did not hit my account yet. They probably canceled someone else's order by mistake What I gathered from this placeis if you want a sandwich for lunch time find a way to place your order at 8:00am. Read more
I have eaten at many Primohoagies in many locations. I just moved to the area and was excited to eat here. However I saw all of... the horrible reviews and for the first time in my life, I'm not taking a chance at this place. I have never seen such horriblereviews for this company. The fact that every complaint is exactly the same and each gets the same response, just tells me thatthis location does not care. What a shame. Time to find other subs elsewhere. Good luck. Read more
