Went in to St. Clair location for an order they gave me the food and forgot the beverages. Waited 15 minutes for someone to... acknowledge I was standing there. I returned the food and left. The kiosk doesn?t do all the work you still have to be watchingfor the customers. It was the evening crew working. Standing around on cell phones ???? not even paying attention. I will onlygo to Hamburg taco ???? from now on. Worst experience I ever had. Will never step foot in that place again. Owners; beaccountable for your employees. Manage and be present. Horrible leadership!! Funny ???? you see signs they pay for educationcollege promoting leadership. Humorous, the employees lack mindfulness. That?s something you learn from your manager. Food here is hit or miss.. sometimes ok, other times terrible. I dined in. The atmosphere is like a circus. Employees joking... around, on their phones, yelling cursing, etc. I'm all for trying to have some fun at work..but this was out of control. Read more
Young kids that have bad mouths. They were repulsing saying the "F" word and talking about one of the kids eating a girl out... in the drive through. St. Clair Taco Bell really needs to start hiring decent people. I felt so bad for the elderly womenwho was in there and had to hear this. Read more
I have tried many times at this location, food never comes right. If you want just a tortilla wrap this is the best place to go.... The food always fall short, never have any meat in tacos just lettuce and barely that. These people don't take pride in theirjob and food it's disgusting. Read more
One of, if not, the best Taco Bell's I have ever been to, and I have been to a ton. The staff was super friendly and... hardworking. Manager on at the time was working hard to make sure everything was running smoothly and all the orders were right.My food was made perfectly, exactly how I ordered. You can tell they actually took the time to make it, instead of the usualslapping things together like most taco bell restaurants. Nacho fries were freshly made, my crunchwrap had extra beef spreadevenly like I ordered. Very clean inside as well. I am from out of town but I will always come here when I come in to town to goATV riding at FRO. Highly recommend this Taco Bell! Read more
Um I was just at SAINT CLAIR Taco Bell and ahhhh how can you even charge for something like this??? That was 13.00 for 6... pathetic tacos pretty much all shell and not even enough meat to taste it!!! I would rate no stars but had to leave at least one!!!! Plus my order was messed up as well !! Received 17 packs of sauce for 2 locos supremes, but no napkins and NO MEAT!! Tried it again yesterday and while there was meat,... no sports for the power bowls and again no napkins. They really need to get it together! Read more
