They're lucky I can't give 0 stars went there hungry with my 2 kids and wife ordered 2 8pc nuggets double cheeseburger and... whopper everything wasn't cooked at all and was seriously cold when we got it. I wanted to turn around so badly and get a refundor better food but didn't want to waste the time sitting in traffic. there for got home through all the food out and made thefood I had at home ... Inside of restaurants always closed drive-thru wasn't that busy and it took me almost 30 minutes to get my hamburger and french... fries and a drink never go there again this used to be a nice Burger King but I don't know what happened. The staff likes to close when they want to instead of actual posted hours of operation. I was at the drive thru speaker at 20... minutes until close when they woukdnt take my order after serving multiple other drive thru customers. burger was not fresh and hot off the boiler after i filed a complaint and asked twice for a fresh burger. discovered hair in the... middle of my fries while eating them. I did not finish the whole container of French fries. I went here ordered the employees took 10-20 mins to comprehend that I wanted to use a coupon instead bc it was the same price... as regular menu price but with the coupon it was with large meals. Received my order and the fries were ice cold I?m sorry butwith the way prices are going these days costumers should not have to ask for hot food so I had to go around and go inside forsome hot fries. Got all the way home and realize my sandwiches were made wrong and were cold. This place has to do better and ofcourse no one answers the phone. Read more
