Had been going to this place for a couple months. Food and service was great until last night. I ordered the ribs, which looked,... felt, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. And even though they "pulled apart", they tastedhorrible, and chewed like leather. Upon bringing this to the attention of our server, she had the manager come to our table, whoproceeded to inform us that my taste was a personal matter, and there was nothing wrong with the ribs. She then had the chefstand there, and, with his bare hands, pull the ribs apart to prove they were tender. She then told us we were NOT getting adifferent dinner, unless we paid for the ribs, along with the different dinner. Of course after much discussion, they took theribs off the bill, but we were not allowed to order another dinner. What the _____ kind of manager and jip/joint restaurant isthis! Was going to take some friends there Sunday, but I'd rather eat dirt and wood chips for dinner before going back there.And I will discourage anyone who asks about this place from going there. Seems like the owner and manager are probably related,for the owner to allow this type of management style, and treatment to customers. Read more
We have been patronizing Charlie?s for over 10 years, but today was really ridiculous. We ordered garden crapes - take out.... Only to get home and they were burned. My husband took them back and was treated with disrespect. It?s not like we cooked theburned food. I don?t know if Charlie?s is under new management, but lately including today the customer service was deplorable.I?ll find another breakfast location that will service customers properly. Read more
Delicious food, awesome staff, nice clean restaurant! This is our go to place. Everything is just fantastic. You never have to... ask for anything, as the waitresses are very attentive and nice. The food tastes as good as it looks, and plenty of it! Read more
I have been here before and in my search for the perfect fish and chips but their offering wasn't what I had hoped. I visited... again with the family just after breakfast time and ordered the breakfast special and it was everything I had hoped for in adiner breakfast and more. Meats were great, grits were perfect, and eggs and toast rounded out a great breakfast. Nice up oftraditional diner coffee as well! Will be my go to on future visits! Read more

Prices went up drastically. Portions went down. They always always mess up the take out orders every single time. I ordered a... BLT with fries and coleslaw, 3 cups or soup and a side coleslaw and a side of bacon it was $30. Like dam . Me my son and bf useto all be able to eat there for that much. So many other places needing business that wont over charge and screw up ur order.Sorry I gave this place many chances cause I know the waitresses are trying to make a living. And I understand covid happenedbut even dining in, they got all brand new dishes (smaller ones) so it makes it look fuller they should focus on the customersnot their profits. 3 pieces of bacon for an $8 blt sandwich..... alot of lettuce though lol Read more
It has been a while since I've last visited this restaurant but what I recall is the food was delicious and did not disappoint!... My mother chose to eat here as a small mother-daughter date and she recommended it! I had never heard of this restaurant beforeand boy, do I wish I did!! Wonderful service and staff, very kind and delicious food. Definitely is a family restaurant and Ihighly recommend trying this place out if you haven't heard of it!!!???? Read more
