Has slushes on the menu but says they do not sell them during the fall or winter. You should take it off the menu and not have a... huge sign for it if you don?t offer it. Girl at window charged two different charges on my husband's debit card. He called right away-the manager remembered him, but... told him to call his general manager. No call back. He calls corporate, days later, gets a call from someone claiming they werefrom corporate, saying they can't go back thru days worth of receipts, so they can't refund him-go to your credit union. Hecalled right away-they dropped the ball, now they can't refund the money? I call that stealing. Read more
This Checkers used to be really good. I went there and they got my order wrong. I asked for no pickles and there WERE pickles... on my burger. I asked for 2 combo meals and an additional vanilla shake. They added the shake to one of my combo meals andthen wanted to charge me $2.59 for a separate drink so I just decided to share with my hubby. Once I begin to eat I found myfries were cold (Don't for get the pickles on my burger.) My hubby got chicken and it was cold and hard. It definitely was notjust cooked. I believe we got the old stuff that had been sitting there. The cashiers tried to give me a bit of attitude butit was their mistake not mine. I will just go to the Checkers in the city on Cadiux and Harper now. I love their Alexa likeorder taker in the drive thru. Food is always hot there. Terrible customer service. Lady got 3 items in my order wrong and when I tried to have her replace it or refund it she told me... to pay for the items over again. This was the same lady who was out back smoking weed when I was ordering. I don?t give peoplewho can barley make minimum wage my hard working money just so they can screw order after order up and not be held accountable.Will not be going back to this establishment unless I receive a vocal apology from the manager. This location had literally nothing available. Why even stay open? That didn't bother me. It was the drive thru employees... attitude that threw me off. Absolutely no reason for it. Tell him to leave his job if hes that unhappy. Will never return. Read more
Went here for the first time ever on my lunch today and ordered a double checker burger. 1.) wait was long...from the time I got... in line to the time I got my food was about 20 minutes.... 2.) when I got back to my office to eat my meal I noticed the burgerdidn?t look like it had any meat on it so I opened it up and it did have patties ...really old shriveled up thin as paperpatties that look like they had been pulled out of a trash can. They have double drive-thru waves but then they don't tell you that it's not working until you are all the way up to the... microphone which is inconvenient because then you have to back up to get out of the line and then into the other one. thiscauses all kinds of delays and disruptions in the parking lot let alone is a safety risk.
