Drive thru supervisors told me at 7:45 (the time I came ) that no sandwich?s could be made because they put everything away... .store closes at 10? was told I could get a bagel tho ? Basically the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to in my life. There?s renovation and you are not allowed to come inside to order... so the line is long as hell! As soon as I got to the speaker I asked for chili and they said they had no chili today. Bummer! SoI asked for a chipotle steak wrap, and what do you know? ?We don?t have wraps right now?. I just had the worst customer service experience of my entire life at this location. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and... ordered a pumpkin spice latte and 2 vanilla cream donuts. After I received my order, I took a sip of the coffee and knewimmediately that it was not a pumpkin spice latte. It was a black coffee. Then I took a bite of the donut. It was NOT avanilla cream donut. It was Boston Cream. Considering I had just waited 25 minutes in line and paid over $9s for my order, Iwent back to get the right items. I tried to go into the building, and even though it says they are open on the inside... thedoors were locked. So I waited ANOTHER 25 minutes in the drive thru. When I explained the situation to the girl running themic, she simply said, "pull around." When I arrived at the window I handed them the donuts and coffee that were wrong. Thegirl in the window took one look at the donut and exclaimed, "This IS a vanilla cream donut!" I said, "no. It is not." Then asecond girl came to the window and they both YELLED (I am not exaggerating) "IT'S VANILLA CREAM." I reassured them it was notvanilla cream. This exchange went on for nearly a minute, with them screaming at me through the window that I waswrong. Finally, one of the girls looked closer at the donut and said, "Oh. It actually IS boston cream." Then they both shutthe window without apologizing for both being wrong and having literally yelled at me for nearly a minute. Eventually anothergirl came to the window and handed me my order. I asked who the manager was and she told me that she was the manager. I said,"You allow your employees to YELL at customers?" She said, "Sorry about that." When I drove away, I took a sip of my coffeeand it was NOT a pumpkin spice latte. I wasn't going to go BACK to the restaurant for the 3rd time so I decided to callcorporate instead. I never received any compensation for the near 50 minutes I'd just spent in line. I was in the Taco Bell drive Thur when I looked over and seen this. I mean really? Why would I want to come there if you are... sitting on the counter in the window where customs food and drinks are. That location lost my business now. Read more

Horrible service make you wait 10 minutes at speaker before acknowledging your there then say hold on. Finally order coffee... was cold and donuts were stale like they were from the day before. Lazy lazy lazy. Read more

My girlfriend and I went here for breakfast (7/13/22) and when she only ordered one Avocado toast, they gave her two. It seemed... like they had taken the second one off at the order window, but when we got to paying they didn?t even take off the secondtoast. The lady was sitting there in silence for 30 seconds and apparently just tried to play it off like it worked (I?mguessing). They took 5 minutes to make a single piece of toast with avocado (they forgot to make the second one even though itwas on the order) and when we got it it looked like this.
