We got there and got seated we placed our order and when our order came the pizza was not done it was still doughy, my calzone... was not all the way done inside as well. The kids love pizza and they didn't even eat a lot. The only good thing was the breadsticks. Also our waiter didn't check on us much and asked if we needed boxes we said yes she didn't come back with boxes I wentup and got them. I was waiting at the widow for 10 minutes before anyone came to help me. Then when the girl did come to help me she proceeded... to hand me my food and a hot Pepsi and when I asked if she had any cold ones, was given attitude. I pass this place everyday on my way home from work and always thought of giving it a try. My coworker came in today with pizza... from DeFelice and I was immediately sold upon seeing it. On my way home from work today, I called DeFelice numerous times for apick up order with no one picking up. It was 5:00 p.m. so I knew they were busy. I called again around 6:30, I was hung up ontrying one last time before giving up. An employee finally answered this time. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and wastold it'd be ready in 45 minutes. I went and picked up my pizza eating it in the dining room. The pizza looks way better thanit actually tastes. It's the blandest, most flavorless pizza I've ever had in my whole entire life. It was the very first timeI've ever put salt on that pizza to add flavor which says a whole lot. ???? The slices are huge, fulfilling and nourishing. Iwas starving so at least it made me full While dining, I overheard one of the obvious longtime employees complaining about the5pm dinner rush and how she just lets the phone just ring instead of answering. I was so turned off after hearing this because Ifigured that's what was going on earlier when my calls went unanswered. ???? There was another young employee there who I thinkwas her first day on the job. She was a complete sweetheart and did an amazing job serving the customers. You rock! Called 30 minutes early was told 20 minutes until my salad would be ready. When I got there they didn't have my order. Maybe if... girl taking orders wasn't worried about telling caller about how she's allergic to red meat and how that's the reason why sheburping on phone then she could do her job correctly. Enjoyed the salad bar. I had the ribeye steak sandwich. It was delicious. My boyfriend had a meatball calzone. He really... liked it, and he is picky.
