Me and my fiance had went inside the place hoping for a good timing since we were in a rush to go places and wanted a quick meal... well we stood inside for 38 mins and they had no one come to us or anything so we thought maybe since they were doing drive thruwe should go there so we went to the drive thru and they said welcome back to our restaurant like you saw us inside and didn'teven tell us anything then once we started ordering we got a 16 piece meal and a famous bowl which as always doesn't take longwe'll she told us we had to wait 30 mins so right now we are sitting waiting for our food that we paid full price for and had towaste our night away here.???? Every time I go there I have to end up fighting with people to get what I want. Half the time they won't give you the pieces you... want, even if you're willing to pay extra for them. The other half of the time they charge you extra and then don't give you thepieces! I am done going there. Read more

Got refused service. We came to kfc while on a road trip. There?s 10 of us including 3 children. They had no other customers. It... says it closes at 10pm.. it?s 8pm. Their signs say ?to go orders only?.. ?one entrance is open?. Ok we were fine with doing a togo order. Walked into the lobby with our masks on... right away the worker said ?our lobby is closed.? I was like ?okay but canwe just order to go.? The girl got the manager who said no she can?t take our order. My husband was like are you sure you wannalose your customers? And she said yes I can?t serve you. As we walked out the worker followed us and locked the door aspictured. But as we drove away she unlocked it. We didn?t violate any signs or rules. This place is awful!! Have stopped on two different occasions for KFC fried chicken and they are always out! Always!! They tell... me they have Long John Silvers, if I wanted LJS I would have ordered that! They never have any cars outside, so I guess thatought to say something. But again, I will think twice before visiting this location again! Beware!! If you want KFC, I wouldsuggest finding a different location! Read more
