Josh and I went here Saturday to celebrate his 30th Birthday. I had ordered the Ribeye and baked potato and they were amazing!... The steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it. I also ordered their cheesecake with raspberry toppings and it tasted as good asit looked! The staff was amazing too, our waiter made sure everything was good for us and he interacted with us amazingly. Therewas also, possibly a manager, that came by once we were served and they were just making sure everything was going good for us.We don't usually have a lot of time to go out to eat, but when do do get the chance to, we love being able to go to places likethis Outback and have a really good experience while there! The food and service is always excellent! The manager always comes around and makes sure that everything is alright and the... server is taking care of all of your needs! On the very rare occasion something needs corrected, they take care of itimmediately and make sure that you are happy. We love eating at Outback. It's always an enjoyable experience. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted. 20 minutes for the appetizer. Another 30 minutes for entrees, and my son's steak was still... undercooked and needed to be sent back. Meanwhile another table that came in after we had already ordered got their food beforeus. The only positive was that the manager came out to the table twice to check on us but it was overall not a good experience.By the time my steak came I was so beyond frustrated I didn't even want it anymore. Our family went to eat, after we were already seated, our daughter and grandson joined us! The manager, Eric, noticed our party... had grown and moved us to a larger booth to accommodate us. Prices have risen sharply. Portions are smaller. Our Outbacker cheeseburgers were burnt. Shrimp was greasy and burnt. ... Waitress rarely visited our table. When we go into establishment the dont ask if you prefer a booth or table. My family is uncomfortable sitting in tight spots.... So when I asked for a table after being escourted to a booth the lady acted as if I were commiting a crime. We waites 20 minsthen was escourted to a table right behind the wall we were seated at. Then ordering my brother and his wife and myself orderedout steaks med rare. We got med well. Took steaks home and fed the dog for a couple days. It was to hard for us to chew.
