Took 25 minutes to get a coffee!!!! I walked in and placed my order on the computers. (Large black coffee extra espresso and a... shot of cinnamon) the cashier had no problems greeting and making orders for the regular old timers but myself and 2 others thatwere waiting to place an order in person (they ended up leaving) then blamed it on being short staffed when they had pleant oftime to walk around with hands in there pockets talking about their weekend plans. What a sh!t show. Horrible service andunfriendly staff. I even told them multiple times that I would just take a cup and get a black coffee for the road as I was in ahurry and I was told no they wouldn't do that. Read more
I had contactless dine in ordering a chipotle chicken sandwich for$10.49. I received a chicken less chicken sandwich, maybe a... generous tablespoon. I basically got a cheese and avocado sandwich. Read more

We've stopped here several times on our trips to Ohio from PA and it's always decent with clean bathrooms. The food is Panera... food which is nothing amazing but not terrible. There is room for improvement when it comes to drink stock and foodpresentation when it comes out (it's a bit sloppy) but besides that, they are good. Read more
clean, bright, fast. fresh and tasty. only nit was cashier defaulted to bread selection instead of providing suggested options... of chips or apple, but kitchen provided replacement with no issue. quantity of portions in pick2 were appropriate. salad greenswere fresh and crisp. poppyseed salad was excellent, nice fresh bread on sandwiches. Stopped to order to go and to eat inside. Service was fine, however they were out of some items. Clean location, has parking... lot and restroom, also available curbside and rapid pick-up. Food was fresh and tasted okay. Recommended! Read more
