Coming from another state that thrives on pizza as a staple, these folks got it down pat. Best pizza in town.
I used to really like their food but I will never order from here again I got a hoagie and the bread had mold on it I called in... to notify them of the issue and they said they would mark me down for a remake I was at work when this happened and didn?t havetime to go back for it that day it slipped my mind that they owed me a sandwich and I called in about a week later for my remakeand they have no notes of it and refuse to remake my order when they sold me a moldy sub. The least they could do is honor thereword and remake it. Horrible customer service. Read more
First time ordering guy on phone said WHAT!!! When I asked about does he deliver to Belmont then goes WHAT'S your name and phone... number I didn't even hear Hi thanks for calling Pizza Milano at all thought I called some random person cell phone or home phonesmh ???? I was like do you deliver to Belmont your twelve min away we might can Huh???? I love the calzones at Milano. I am from New York City and this was a first time ordering from there and I was very happy.... There calzones are big and well prepared. It was nice and hot,I ordered The filly cheese stake and when I was done I wantedanother.The woman on the phone is very nice. I am a very picky eater and I am glad I found Milano. Called rather late for a delivery, less than an hour before closing. Staff was very kind and professional on the phone and the... owner himself delivered my order! The pizza was delicious, best I've had in a while! And the service was superb! That's rarethese days. Thank you! Read more
Don't do it to yourself. The pizza is dry, the cheese is not real and the dough tastes like cardboard. I was passing through and... stopped because it stated it was authentic pizza. Boy was I wrong. A frozen pizza is better than the pizza they are serving. Itreminds me of fazolis, with the fake pasta but this is pizza. It was so disgusting I attempted to get my money back. I didn'treceive a refund but I left the pizza there with them I didn't even want to keep it. I'm sorry I left out with the pizza in thefirst place.and because if it the owner claims he couldn't do the refund. I would rather see my money go down the drain then toforce myself to eat whatever they call it. I travel for work so I have literally eaten all of the US. And this has to be in thetop 3 for worst pizzas I have tasted. The owner stated he never had thus problem in 20 years well I feel bad for the locals whothink the pizza is good. That's just let's me know that anyone can open a restaurant and call it anything if you are in theright location. Ordered boneless chicken wings What a joke could have gotten chicken nuggets at McDonald's Dry sent salad dressing to put on... wings ...disgusting called them all she said what would you like me to do ? Not my job to fix your problems. Just lost mybusiness and I've been doing alot of business with them . And by the way how can you be out of something if that's what yousell.
