We use to love this place and the owner and a few employees are great, but the last year the service has been terrible, slow... service and no matter how simple we try to make out meals or how detailed we try to explain what we want the order is alwayswrong. Simple things like extra sauce and curly fries not straight. The receipts show what we asked for but the waitress orkitchen staff does not check the order. It is the bare minimum of doing your job. The servers just don?t care and just sit onthere phones instead of checking on tables. This is eating in or dining out both are just terrible anymore. Read more
Waitress was the best part, very friendly and outgoing. The food was mediocre at best. Ask for two sirloins medium Rare. One... came out just right and the other way too raw. The atmosphere was more for the local drinkers which is not bad but they wereloud and inappropriate at times which any other time i wouldn't care but I was with my younger daughter. They were clean and prompt with their service. It's been years since I've eaten at a Beef O' Brady's. But I want happy with our... service after were were seated. The waitress wanted us to know what we were ordering right away. Something was off with the sodamachine, but we never had a chance to tell the waitress because she would walk away. She only checked on us after we had ourfood, which came before our drinks. The food was decent, but nothing to get too excited about. Overall, I'm not sure I would goback. Read more

Waitress was nice, but forgot to give us menus and utensils after asking 2 times. Food tasted mediocre and one of dishes tasted... like it was microwaved, and there was a dish that was suppose to have melted cheese on top, and it was not melted at all. Read more
