I'm not sure if my waitress was overwhelmed or just had a bad night but the service was sub par. My wife and I ordered together... I got the half rack of ribs and she ordered a chicken entree we also ordered chips and salsa for the appetizer. Our waitresshardly checked on our table and I knew something was wrong when my wife received her food and I didn't. I knew I said my orderclearly so I didn't worry about it and continued eating my chips. About 10 minutes passes and we flag over the waitress. When weasked her about the ribs she said we hadn't ordered any ribs. I was dumbfounded because I always make sure to convey exactlywhat I want every time I go to a restaurant and I was certain that I ordered the ribs. On top of that we got no refills on ourdrinks and they forgot our ranch add on which was a bummer. Nevertheless the manager was a Saint and helped us through theentire process which was very nice of her. I don't write this review with intent of getting anyone in trouble just needed tovoice my frustration. Lastly the food was mid and I will not be dining here again sadly. Read more

On this particular night, I must say this was probably the best service my family & I have ever gotten at this location. Our... food came out very fast, the drinks were made well. Your establishment should be ashamed. I picked up a carry out order I get home and this is what it looked like. This is the... saddest looking meal and Chilis should be ashamed letting an order out like this. Where the hell is the rice. Never orderingcarryout again from Chilis. Read more
