I'm not sure if my waitress was overwhelmed or just had a bad night but the service was sub par. My wife and I ordered together... I got the half rack of ribs and she ordered a chicken entree we also ordered chips and salsa for the appetizer. Our waitresshardly checked on our table and I knew something was wrong when my wife received her food and I didn't. I knew I said my orderclearly so I didn't worry about it and continued eating my chips. About 10 minutes passes and we flag over the waitress. When weasked her about the ribs she said we hadn't ordered any ribs. I was dumbfounded because I always make sure to convey exactlywhat I want every time I go to a restaurant and I was certain that I ordered the ribs. On top of that we got no refills on ourdrinks and they forgot our ranch add on which was a bummer. Nevertheless the manager was a Saint and helped us through theentire process which was very nice of her. I don't write this review with intent of getting anyone in trouble just needed tovoice my frustration. Lastly the food was mid and I will not be dining here again sadly. Read more
The Crispers weren't Crispin. I ordered the triple dipper through Doordash. The Chicken Crispers were unacceptable. The dough... was raw in the inside looked and felt slimy. I lost my appetite after seeing it ???? Read more
On this particular night, I must say this was probably the best service my family & I have ever gotten at this location. Our... food came out very fast, the drinks were made well. The staff seemed to be working solidly as a unit & in unison. Theatmosphere was great. Thank you for the great service. Read more
Your establishment should be ashamed. I picked up a carry out order I get home and this is what it looked like. This is the... saddest looking meal and Chilis should be ashamed letting an order out like this. Where the hell is the rice. Never orderingcarryout again from Chilis. Read more
Delicious meal I had today. Had a wonderful time and did not have to ask for anything. I had the Original Chicken stripes and we... also has Chili con queso. The waitress was awesome she was very busy with taking table orders and attending the bar. Will beback more if the service continues to improve as it has from this visit. Read more
We did the 2 for $25 dinner. Appetizer, 2 entries, and dessert. Food was great, waitress was ok. The setting...was not... good. We were sat next to the kitchen entrance. Our meal was filled with the sounds of clanging dishes and heated arguments.Part of the dining area is being used as storage. It was hard to enjoy our time here. Read more
We chose Chili's for our 33rd anniversary celebration, and were not disappointed. The hosts Julius and Jordan (in the photo)... were outstanding, as well as the wait staff. My wife had steak and I had baby back ribs. Everything on our plates was deliciouswhich is a rare experience! We highly recommend Chili's St Cloud for quality, value, and service. Read more
This day I ended up disappointed in this place when they brought me a dirty spoon and the waiters that day were very unhelpful.
