Food was delivered almost an hour late. I tried to call, phone was busy. Finally got through, had to wait on hold by them just... putting the phone on the counter, I could hear all the discussions, when they finally picked up the phone, I got hung up on,called back, same thing. Order finally delivered way past the time stated for delivery. Not impressed with the food! Don't getthe fried scallops or the fried wontons, gross. Seasame chicken is alright, lots of tough fatty pieces I tossed to the dog. Iwill not order from there again. Read more
Food is great! This review is for the drivers you employ... PLEASE be sure to advise your drivers to NOT smoke cigarettes while... they're delivering your customers meal! Smoke after if you have to! The stench of cigarette smell in my front door as the foodis being handed to me and ALSO the STENCH in my bag made me not want to eat what I paid for! So sad! BTW, I USED to smoke all mylife till 2020! I get the crave but still..... Be professional atleast and courteous to your customer. I even tipped the guy20% I would've said something to the store but I didn't because I order alot from China house and going to fault therestaurants food. I visited this place around dinner time and ordered a veggie lo mein, Krab ragoons and chicken fried rice as take out. The place... was decently clean and the staff were nice. However, when it was time to pick up my food. As I came in the guy who took my orderwas running out the door empty handed. When he returned he had a bag of food in his hands, returned behind the counter andproceeded to hand me the bag of food as if this was normal. He claimed he gave the food to the wrong person and tried toreassure me that nothing was opened. I found this very uncomfortable and unsanitary and expressed this to him as well. He begantaking the items out of the bag to “show” me that the food was unopened. I couldn’t believe that he would actually dothat. The lo mein noodles were very thin and gave off Maruchan ramen noodle texture, the krab ragoons weren’t crunchy andtasted like they were already a day old and the veggies tasted like freezer veggies. Good Chinese food. At least for the items I like. Mostly appetizer. Front of house is always friendly. When I called they... usually seem pretty busy but the food is almost always ready in 10 minutes or so. Fast service. Read more

First time at the place. The staff was friendly. But I didnt like the food. Maybe it's just me. But I didnt like it. I ordered a... to go lunch I was in a hurry. And I didnt even get a fork to eat with. Luckily I found a spoon at the office to eat with. Everything was brown. The pork fried rice had nothing with it. No egg, no greens at all. Only put one star because I had too. We've ordered from this place a few times and it's been ok at best, but only one close.... Tonight's food was disgusting, fried rice taste like it was cooked in 2month old oil, steamed dumplings were horrid like theysat around all day and literally broke a tooth on the 2nd fried shrimp I put in my mouth. Literally broken tooth. Not the typeto complain honestly but this was 40$ worth food that is totally not edible +7$ tip. I would honestly not eat anotheer bite evenif they brought to me for free!!! 47$ waste, kids will not even try a bite because of the smell. Smdh again 47$??? Read more
