My fiancé and I ordered pizza last night he requested 2 spinach feta with extra feta and add bacon and jalapeños. They put the... bacon and jalapeños on but did not use feta at all and I mean at all there was not a single piece of feta on that pizza andthey didn't put tomatoes on it. I have ordered pizza from here for several years but over the last year the service has become unacceptable. Each time I... received cold pizza after a greatly delayed delivery, I complained and received no response. The last time they simply said, "Wedon't have a delivery person so it will be awhile.." I may be foolish but I'm not stupid so I will not order from there again.This last time I ordered from Papa Johns and received a great pizza, delivered hot and promptly, with a great delivery guy. I ordered a pizza for delivery, a meat lovers no beef, add onions and mushrooms, My husband and I sit down to eat and the pizza... has a sour smell while eating. I get up and smell the rest of the pizza in the box. It smells like spoiled meat. I called andasked for the manager. Explain to her she might wanna check her meat toppings that something is spoiled. (To prevent foodpoisoning) it's a real strong smell. It wasn't about a refund. It was to bring it to her attention. She laughed. She asks myaddress and tells me IF I want a refund I need to bring the pizza and come to the store. Cool no problem. But no customerservice. No let me check it. No apologies. I can understand the staff issue and that sometimes it will take a little longer for the order to be ready, but you can?t be... selling pizza with spoiled toppings and tasting like cardboard. Your product is making people sick. Read more
