I ordered a large hot latte with skim milk no sugar no flavoring, when I received my drink the milk had spoiled, milk can curdle... a few days before it?s obviously spoiled at fridge temperature when steamed. I went back in to tell the manager that the milkhad spoiled she proceeded to raise her voice and tell me that she?s never had spoiled milk and I was wrong, and I was the onethat had the problem not her store, I work in customer service my employer has always told us a customer is always right nomatter what it is and be polite, do what you can to fix the problem. went through the drive through with a mobile order for two coffees and two donuts. i added 10 chocolate donut holes to my order,... which the girl taking my order gave us attitude about. then we got to the window and the girl at the window named tiffany onlygave us the donut holes. we asked for the mobile order and she began giving us one of the drinks, which we almost spilled onaccident but luckily we didn?t. tiffany then said ?if you would have spilled that i would not have remade it, you guys wouldhave to come inside and wait for it.? my brother and i just looked at her confused. i then had to ask her for the two donuts iordered because she forgot to give them to us as well. terrible customer service. Cutest Dunkin I?ve ever seen! They even put seasonal decor on the tables. Cheery, genuinely friendly service. Not as crowded or... hurried as the other two in St. Cloud. Great for meetups. Music is for college age (whereas the music was for high schoolers atthe 92-Erlo Johnson St location and fast Latin hits at the Simpson Rd location). And of course, great coffee and selection ofdonuts. Read more
Their coffee is delicious and a shot of espresso gets you to where you want to be. It just has that extra kick. They are... always so busy but still manage to get orders out pretty quickly. I like using my app because I get points and free stuffannnddd who doesn't like free stuff? ???? Will always come back. Read more
So I was charged for oat milk lied to my face and still given regular milk. Couldn't drink my coffee bc I'm allergic to dairy. I... ordered my husband a BEC and they really put scraps of bacon not even a whole one. Just fyi oat milk doesn't get that light..almost ever! My oat milk coffees are always dark. Also a side note. The girl that took my order doubt miserable and the one thatgave us our food wasn't too bad but definitely should have been better. DD get yourself some people that WANT to make money onyour clock!!!
