My kids and I love this place. Really healthy easian food. My kids live the regular fried rice with grill chicken or shrimp. I... love ?? the poke bowls. They also have sushi. The ingredients are always fresh. The service is super quick. Read more
It’s good for the price, not bad. But not extraordinary either. Portion size is adequate. I had the spicy salmon and expected... it to be marinated with spicy mayo similarly to most other poke places I’ve had, but it was a bit different. Would recommendto stick with their regular salmon/tuna. Read more
First I’m from Hawaii so this is not what a kamaaina would expect from a place called a Hawaiian grill. That said this place... does really well at poke bowls, tempura, grilled shrimp, and miso soup! Don’t expect frills. There is no lacquered bento box????, just several plastic boxes with your California roll, salad, etc. But everything was ono. Oh, the tempura sauces wereKikkoman soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and yum yum sauce. But they didn’t have the real tempura sauce. If you want L&L HawaiianGrill or Aloha Grill type food,Ike in Hawaii and California, you’ll have to go to Sarasota. Hawaii Grill and Sushi does nothave kalua pig, lau lau, butter fish, chicken katsu or mac salad. Read more
Got a poké bowl. Im so happy to have a place close to us that has not only sushi but poké bowls.????I loved it and being from... New York I can tell you this is a legit spot to hit when you get a craving. I love seaweed salad so I was going to be happy aslong as they had that and a good selection and they did. The poke bowls here are packed with flavor and very filling, you will not leave hungry. Minimal seating but usually you can sit... with no issues. Lots of choices for toppings and good quality. Read more
