I just can't believe this place is operating to this day with such a bad level of service. Let's be honest, if this place was... not a McDonald's branch, it would've been closed a long time. A message to the investor of this store: opening a franchisestore like McDonald's has to not only be about profits but the service. Every single time drive thru experience takes over 25 minutes from time of ordering till getting food! They have ZERO options... that are healthy for anyone especially if u have food restrictions, so u end up going to other places to get food for those whohave dietary restrictions. I mean how hard is it to grill chicken! Plus they never have what you want to order such aschocolate milk for children who are picky. I know its fast food, but we go here only because the grandkids like to have it fortheir ride to go back home and Chick-fil-A is not open Sundays. So options are limited for autistic children who only eatspecific foods. But honestly that drive thru NEVER moves. Maybe ask Chick-fil-A how they do things! Read more

The app was having glitches and they fixed it super fast for me. Their speed & accuracy has changed for the better so much the... past couple months. I am very impressed. Keep up the good work staff! Read more

I'm not one to do this but it's not the first time it's happened, I go to McDonald's almost every day since it's the closest to... me, the window associates are rude a girl today 08/29/2022 in the morning at the window one the girl is quite rude she doesn'tsay good morning, as soon as you get to the drive thru you get "Go ahead and tell your order" I asked for a smoothie and shesays they don't have any, I understand if there isn't at the moment, I decided to get fruit punch as soon as I was going to tellhim the sauce I wanted for my burritos, he didn't give me time and he quickly says "go to the window" that's not good customerservice, I understand that sometimes there are bad days but other people don't have the blame. However, I can say that thetimes that the tall boy with glasses has attended me, he is very good and gives excellent customer service. I hope that canimprove soon. Read more

If I could give a zero star I would. But have to rate at least 1 to leave a review. The night staff is so unprofessional,... immature, and careless. Spent a good 15 minutes at the pick up window waiting for 3 sodas and 3 medium fries (Easy, right?) WhenI pulled up the cashier didn't even acknowledge that I was there despite the window being open. She was making a soda so Iassumed it would be for my order...well then a young man comes up and starts talking to the cashier trying to talk. At first allnormal chit chat which would be fine if it didn't imvolve him telling his co worker to shut the window on annoying people ifthey try to talk. But the chit chat between the two led them to disappearing around the corner. Where I could clearly hear a 2ndmale join in. Conversation about p*nis size and whether the cashier had a lot options as far as guys. She loudly says she isn'ta wh*** but laughing so she was finding the conversation amusing. They continue on goofing out until finally one of the guyscame around the corner and quickly realizes the window is open. I tell him I'm just waiting for my order. He quickly asks whatit was. He says oh its right here! The entire 15 minutes of me sitting there my food was at the window getting cold. The cashiergirl laughs as she is handing the bag to me. I told her its a bit ridiculous they are goofing around meanwhile they have atleast 8 cars behind mine waiting for food. The food is cold at this point. The girl laughs and says oh its always like this atnight. Then rudely shut the window. Then right back to chatting with the male co workers. The whole situation was ridiculous andcompletely inappropriate. The managers needs to seriously reconsider their employees. Bad look for the restaurant. Read more

Just an overall bad experience! No receipt tape in the kiosk. Used the seating number. Still had to pick up my order. And if... your not going back to trays at least put multiple drinks in a drink tray. Will go to another restaurant next time. Read more

Came through drive-through On 7/7/22 at 10:45 PM . Me tell you the manager that runs the store worst attitude ever. That?s the... type of managers you got running your guys businesses it?s not a good example for your staff. I go in on a regular and let metell you after this I will not be coming back into that McDonald?s. I would like the store general manager to reach out to me.Be honest they probably don?t even read this because you don?t see no comments back to the gas with all the complaints. Read more

After working 14.5 hours you?d probably be hungry right? Most would. It?s 9:00 pm what do you? Take years off your life and... settle for McDonalds!! But at least usually the price gouged, barely real meat, heart attack in a box tastes good!! Well not ifyou choose this McDonalds!! Not only will your Sprite lack any syrup (hey seltzers are in style right now) but your $7 chickensandwich will look like this!!! Get a refund to your credit card when you call??? Naaaaa, they want you to waste $4+/gallon gasfor more substandard food!!! Or they can take my name and make it extra special for me next time I come in!!! F U, your mom,your sister, and your job! This American franchise has less quality left in it as Biden has active brain cells. $15/hour gettingput to good use!!
