We have been there many times and pretty much the same. The building needs a complete makeover inside and out. Never busy... probably curb appeal. I ordered my food from a normal looking and most pleasant gal. I forgot to ask for extra gravey on my bowland she just had it in the bag and she took it back out to put my gravey on. You don't find that much anymore at a fast foodstore. Very nice to see that in today's world. ???? Read more
Hit or miss on the quality of the food. Teenagers work there, don't do the drive-thru! You'll get dried out chicken and old... sides. It's happened X2 for us on the last 3 orders. Read more
Ethan was great, and on top of things while my son and I were ordering. He upsold me on the perfect meal, because i couldnt... chose between 2 sides. Just what I wanted the 2 piece big box I think it's called. The food was hot and fresh! My son had thespicy chicken sandwich meal and it was perfect. The chicken was hot and juicy, not dried out or looking like it had sat forhours like other fast food establishments. Carter was cleaning the dining room and as me and my son and baby daughter were theonly ones in the dining room he kept us company while sweeping. He stayed on task as he did so. Both young men were very kind,upbeat and full of smiles. Carter spoke highly of his working experience at this location mentioning his satisfaction with thejob and rate of pay! He also told us about the catering they now provide and how enormous the box was and how it feeds about 16people to his knowledge. My son and I definitely enjoyed our time inside. Food is usually pretty decent, however, tonight I stopped at 8:30. Tried to order a chicken sandwich and their response was, "is... it OK if we use two chicken tenders instead? They are pretty fresh though." Basically insinuating, "we don't want to have tomake a chicken sandwich, but we'll use some tenders that have been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile." Pretty disappointed inthe service tonight. If I'm paying full price for my meal, I expect a fresh meal. But it was clear tonight that they didn't wantto do any extra work. Read more
We have been going to this KFC for Bolger 10 years. Never had an issue, food was always amazing , employees where respectful and... kind. This morning July 2nd 2022 at around 11am, the employee wouldn?t speak up over the intercom, the food tasted bad, almostthrough my soda at me, the skin on the chicken wasn?t how it should be. Parking lot was empty so it wasn?t rush hour. Every yearmy family and I would go to the pea picking flea market and then KFC as our tradition. Probably won?t be going back. Sorry tothe employees for interrupting there conversations and what not. Read more
