I attempted to use the McDonald's app. I discussed not using the card attached to the app with the person taking the order and... she said there would be no problem. I get to the drive through window and the manager meets me saying the order was put on mycard. There was nothing the store could do. She informed me it was a 14 year old employee and she didn't know what she wasdoing. I called the McDonald's corporation as I didn't accept the order. They said they would notify the franchise. And Iwould receive a call and refund. 2 days later I called back. They said wait for a call. I figured out the franchise owner aftercorporate said they couldn't give me that information. Neither one would call the other nor did the franchise receive the email.Now we are at a Mexican stand off and I'm out my payment Read more
It was mcdonald's so not delicious by any means but cheap-ish and it made the kids happy. With kiosk ordering, there is no... interaction with staff. When you pay, you receive a number on the receipt and a table tent so not sure which number to listenfor. The screen that says which orders are in progress and ready was never updated. Read more
Decided to go in to order because the drive thru line was insane. Waited probably 20 minutes to get our order to go of 2 meals.... This place is also disgustingly dirty and would probably not pass an inspection if one were to happen. I should have just walkedout when i noticed the smell as soon as I walked in. I understand staffing is an issue but cleanliness should be kept up. Read more
I have been to this McDonald's more times than I can count. We have a large family and often have special requests for our... food. They do a good job of getting our special order right. The only down side is that this McDonald's restaurant is definitelyslower than others. Update: the curbside pick up has become quite slow. It took 10 minutes to get a Mcdouble, fries, and vanillacone. Read more
Great staff however the fries are always mush and cold. I officially ate one two many nasty fries and will no longer believe... that the food will be hot. I can speak for only myself. If I want a French fry I would have better luck eating a cold onebetween the seats of my kids. ???? Read more
Very poor management and at the St.Croix falls location. One of the kids made the drive thru a place talk to his friends,then my... order ,then I had to wait while everyone in the drive thru cleared out ,then I got my order. I ask the kid why is he holding upthe line visiting with friends and making the mistake of giving my order. He said ..."I can't talk to my friends now"? I saidobviously no, look at the mistakes that are made. He continued to act childish and immature. Also add 2 of every 4 times myorder was wrong and they close down the place sometimes due to lack of help I guess. As one of the only places to eat in thearea, the higher uos should straiten the professionalism out here. After all a big Mac cost 6.00 hard earned money. People needto realize they are here to serve not mouth off, they have a job to do. Read more
The staff was friendly, and the food was fine. If that was it this would be 5, because you get what you expect. However, the... floor of the service area were you wait for your food was greasy and slippery... dangerously so. Also, my fries were not closeto full. I am thankful for this restaurant. It was easy to meal prep when the dollar menu existed and I wish they'd bring the snack wraps... back but that's okay, it's not the employees fault. Read more
