I was heading out after finishing my shopping when my 3 year old ran into the Subway because she saw the claw machine with the... stuffed animals. We put a dollar in and of course, didn?t win anything. As I am explaining to my daughter that we don?t alwayswin a prize with those machines, one of the girls from behind the counter comes out and says ?Surprise!? and hands her a cookie!I never caught her name but this was the best experience I could have gotten and we didn?t even eat there! Asked for a half sub on ordering, server started making a full one. Reminded him I wanted a half but he ended up making a whole... one anyway. The glass front of the food case was disgustingly filthy?like they washed it with a dirty rag. Read more
Came to purchase a gift card for an employee and left with empty hands. Very poor customer service. We tried twice, however the... credit card machine would say ?approved? on my end and would then time out. The woman who was working commented ?guess you?lljust have to go to Walmart to get your gift card.? Read more
No hair nets were worn by employees and there was also a employee that was scratching their hair behind the counter. The cutting... boards were very dirty and the whole place was generally unclean. One of the employees even swept a table off with a broom, mindyou this broom was used to push garage down in the trash can. They also were removing garbages behind the counter while our foodwas being made. We also did find a hair in one of our subs. We would not recommend coming here for food. Read more
Out of many of the food options. No hand sanitizer or soap in the bathrooms, in a pandemic this should be standard of customer... care. Out of water to refill. The store definitely needs to address many aspects. Very disappointed with stopping there. Read more
Super friendly staff. They were lighthearted and joked around, I made her stop more enjoyable. The food was good as we expected... it to be. It's also very convenient being inside Walmart. I've stopped here many times oh, and I will come back. Read more

My experience at this Subway was very poor. My friend asked for her bread to be Italian Herb and Cheese, as we could see it on... the rack. The lady taking our order told her that it was too hot to serve and would not be available for another hour. I alsoasked about it and got the same response. After we got through the line and sat down with our food, another person came in andasked for Italian Herb and lo and behold! She got a sandwich made on Italian Herb and Cheese. Not impressed with the service wereceived and will not be coming back. **P.S. The employee hygiene was atrocious and grossed me out. Read more
