Employees were terrible they weren't nice or anything. The food was old looking and ate it anyway and got food poisoning. My... stomach hurt all day from it, and I had to go to the restroom many times. This place should be either shut down or have a healthinspector come fix it. Read more
$15.38 for a 6 inch all American club, chips and a soda? I guess that's the last time I go to subway.
Their subs are good but customer service is extremely lacking. The woman in line ahead of me was spoken to very disrespectfully... when she ordered a gift card. The sign clearly read that you could get a free 6 in. Sub with the purchase of a gift card. Theemployee charged her for both. And when she politely inquired why she was charged, he rudely explained to her that it wasn'this problem and that he couldn't/wouldn't refund her. I felt so bad for her (she looked to be 9 months pregnant). I inquired ifthere was a manager available and was told there was not. I asked for a business card to speak with a manager at a later date,and I was refused that as well. Very disappointing. Read more
Worst Subway I've ordered from and never again. Walmart subway is just as close as this one. I watched the kid making my... sandwich press down with both hands on my sandwich. They put the veggies on then threw my bacon on top. When the cashier handedme my sandwich in the bag after I paid my bacon was sticking out of the bag. Her solution was to wrap it in another paper asveggies from my sandwich fall out all over the counter. I so wish we could post photos to backup the poor customer service. A young man, I'll call DS told me I couldn't be served because he was shutting the system down for 25 minutes. There were 4... people ahead of me, but the line got cut off where I stood. I can't understand that. It was 1:30 in the afternoon, and on aFriday. Maybe this is a complaint for corporate? I gave this place a one star, only because I had to click one. I give itminus stars. Sandwich artist was very nice. Restaurant is a little older, but food was done well. Clean
This place has turned into an absolute crack shack. The kids that work here aren't sanitary and definitely aren't professional.... They've got their long, colored hair hanging all over the place to potentially get into people's food and they're yawning anddrooling while making sandwiches. I get its hard to find employees now days but I didn't think subway would do interviews at theDresser trailer park. Read more
