We placed an online order for delivery. ETA was 45 min. After an hour I called and was put on hold. I finished what I was doing... at home and drove to the store while on hold. I got to the store and upon arrival there were only 3 employees and 1 driver. Itold them I was there for an online order and wanted to pick it up instead. They placed me in line for pickup. After about 15minutes, they handed me food and a free 2 liter of pop and I walked out. Before I got to my car, a gentleman came out sayingthey gave me the wrong food. I handed him the food and he said he would also give me a free 2 liter as he handed to the manthat was waiting in the lobby his food. (Coincidencely same last name lol) I continued to wait in the lobby for my order.Finally my food was ready and the younger guy with glasses and redish hair handed it to me and I politely asked for the 2 literof pop I was promised by the manger. He argued with me back and forth and said that me coming there to get my food after anhour of waiting for delivery was not their fault it was late and the ETA of my food was an hour and a half. I asked for his nameseveral times and he would not give it to me. Up until this moment I was content with having to go get my food and wait whilethey made it. If you plan on ordering delivery, order AT LEAST an hour ahead of when you expect it to arrive. I saw them workinghard and the screen was lit up with orders they were behind on and appreciated their hard work. But arguing for a 2 liter of popwas the kicker and knocked their review down to 3 stars. Read more
The last few times we?ve ordered pizzas from here, they?ve been done within 10-15 minutes. GREAT location, keep up the good... work. Read more

Horrible service . I sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting to place a order to be delivered and bad customer service . I live... 1 mile out of there line and was ordering 100 dollers worth of food. And was told basically to bad . Never again Read more
Do better. I understand supply issue right now. But you cancel our online order after we got there to pick it up and you said... it would be another 20 minutes. So we waited. After wasting another 20 of our time. You say you will be canceling our orderall together. So you didn't know when you asked us to wait another 20 minutes? To top it off since I paid online now I can wait3-5 days for refund. All I get for my time is a hungry family. I felt bad for the young guy having to tell people all orderswould be canceled. Recently ordered curb side pickup from here and was left waiting outside and never received my pizza in the guaranteed time.... They claim to give you free pizza if their time quota isn't met! It's a lie! Read more
