Ok ...I know my names Karen but here was our experience at Subway St.Francis ... we walked in and they had no customers...as we... walked in the staff seemed uneasy like we were bothering them ...? Started to make our sandwich and then all employeesdisappeared in back room ? My husband said were did everyone go ? .. soon what seemed like a new girl started to makesandwiches...then another employee came from back room , I asked for guacamole..the new girl turn to fridge to get new avocado???? ..other employee stopped her and told me they were out ..so then my husband ordered and they said they had no roast beef...then they had no cookies...we got sandwiches and sat down ..store became very busy with line ... I then observed the girl whojust told me there was no avocado ???? making the sandwiches for crowd with avocado ...!!!!!??? So I politely asked employee..why did you lie to me and tell me you didn?t have any when the newer employee was trying to help me ... !!! Don?t lie to me..2 seconds ago you said no guacamole and she was currently making sandwiches clearly with guacamole... tables in lobby weredirty also ...rude ...unimpressed and no apology or anything!!!!!!!
