Ok ...I know my names Karen but here was our experience at Subway St.Francis ... we walked in and they had no customers...as we... walked in the staff seemed uneasy like we were bothering them ...? Started to make our sandwich and then all employeesdisappeared in back room ? My husband said were did everyone go ? .. soon what seemed like a new girl started to makesandwiches...then another employee came from back room , I asked for guacamole..the new girl turn to fridge to get new avocado???? ..other employee stopped her and told me they were out ..so then my husband ordered and they said they had no roast beef...then they had no cookies...we got sandwiches and sat down ..store became very busy with line ... I then observed the girl whojust told me there was no avocado ???? making the sandwiches for crowd with avocado ...!!!!!??? So I politely asked employee..why did you lie to me and tell me you didn?t have any when the newer employee was trying to help me ... !!! Don?t lie to me..2 seconds ago you said no guacamole and she was currently making sandwiches clearly with guacamole... tables in lobby weredirty also ...rude ...unimpressed and no apology or anything!!!!!!! I am a wheel chair vet that lives 2 miles from the store. The entry is NOT accessible, they don't and won't deliver 2 miles? I... have to go to cambridge or elk river for service. Literally the WORST experience ever. First off I go in and its busy, not surprising, its dinner time. However 1 girl was... sweeping the lobby while 1 guy was working. Another girl 2 came up front to help, didnt wash her hands before putting gloves on,NOT OK!! The girl 1 sweeping then went up front and started stocking the table, she was wearing a big baggy sweatshirt and nohat or hair net and also didnt wash her hands before stocking but also didnt put gloves on. She then grabbed gloves and startedmaking sandwiches WITHOUT washing her hands. Girl 2 bounced between register and helping with food without washing hands beforeputting gloves on. Girl 1 continued making subs out of uniform. While making my subs she was rubbing her sweatshirt all over mysub getting mayo all over her sweatshirt. Which is super disgusting!!! I told her she was rubbing her sandwhich all over mysweatshirt and she asked if I wanted her to remake it?! It shouldnt even be a question, Yes. However I said no because I hadbeen in the store for about 15 minutes by this point and needed to get home to feed my family. She went in back, took hersweatshirt off then came back up putting on gloves, still didnt wash her hands or put a hat on. This is the most disgusting, disturbing and unprofessional restaurant experience ive ever had. I honestly wish I had just left the store the second I saw thelack of hand washing and no uniform. This store needs ALOT of work! It probably is only in business because its 1 of 4restaurants in saint Francis but seriously need to step up and make this right! Read more

I have had this subway make the big subs for 2 events I've had recently. Both times everything was perfect and such an awesome... deal to feed a lot of people for not a ton of money. Most other subways dont do the large subs anymore and try and sell youplatters which are not even a decent deal. I appreciate you guys and I will be back in the future for more 5fters Read more
