For a gas station off the highway this Denny's probably puts most I've been to, to shame with their service and food quality.... The people were quick and smiling. Very consistent with upholding the chain's standards. This location was very busy and probably short staffed, the customer... service was still commendable. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and worked as efficiently as they could. All of ourfood items were cooked as ordered and our beverages were always being refilled. Read more
Awful experience. The lady who took our take out order was asking for a tip. I felt awkward, as tips are for dine in service.... They got my order wrong. Twice I told her no sausage. When I got to the car, I opened and looked and didn't see any meat, as itwas a skillet bowl. When we got to the hotel and I started eating it, I saw the sausage was buried underneath the potatoes. Withmy sister's veggie burger, they said they would put cheese on the side because I didn't know if she wanted. It started pouringrain as I was inside waiting. She was in the car, so I thought it was nice to offer. The only thing is, they gave no cheese.They offered it and forgot. This wasn't a big deal, as my sister's not crazy about cheese, but with my stuff, I called andasked to speak with a manager. She wouldn't come on, so I was told I couldn't get a partial refund as I requested because Ididn't bring it to their attention earlier. I explained that I opened it in the car and didn't see the sausage. It wasn't untilI started eating. I told the woman twice no sausage. Worse they have sign on door saying they strive for 5 stars Google reviews.What a joke, when they mess up your order, don't offer a refund and are totally unsympathetic. Very clean, a little crowded. I always enjoy Denny's when I'm on the highway and want a quick bite on the road that is... consistently decent & has a variety. Interesting decor. There were 4 of us in our party (3 adults and a 5 yr old) We had to ask for napkins. They brought us 2. We had to tear them... apart to share them! I also was unable to get an item with my grand slam breakfast. They were out. They refused to deduct anycost off our meal. They were also out of the Mac n cheese which our 5 yr old wanted. All in all it was a bad experience and theyrefused to compensate us in any way! Read more
