Today was fully staffed and excellent service. Quick and accurate order. Friendly cashier. Hot food!! Very pleased.
Out of Arby's Sauce? These are things you need to tell people before they order at the drive thru. Like seriously. I've eaten at... Arby's since I was a kid. The sauce is imperative. You used to be able to buy bottles. We bought six Roast Beef classics andthey only had a few condiment cups from the lobby. They asked if one was ok... They had four. Uh, we're here "first"... Give usall of them! Lol. I try to be understanding and sharing... But Arby's just isn't Arby's without Arby's sauce. Don't run out offreaking Arby's sauce. And if you do, tell people. And don't try to make me feel guilty if I want what's left. My brother usestwo packets PER sandwich. I'm not that nuts...but 1 per is more than understandable. Save a box for a rainy day, dudes. Pretty good Arbys location. My family of 8 rolled in at about 8:50 pm and they were timely on the food. Pretty nice people. The... potato cakes weren't super crispy like usual but overall, good trip! Read more
There was a big lunch rush and the staff were very courteous and professional. One of them dropped my fish piece and immediately... apologized, took responsibility and cooked a fresh one for me. They handled themselves and the situation very well. Read more
