Such a very cool plant based cafe in Saint George. I was here for a bike ride and stopped in seeing this was one of the few... plant based places to eat. I highly recommend coming in if you need really good plant based food. I had a a southwest ricebowl and also a piece of avocado toast. Wow so much food, I definitely left feeling full up. Read more
Great place for a vegan meal! Everything I have had here has been great. The nachos were delicious, and they are generous with... their portions. The BLT was crispy, and the horseradish was a good touch. The egg sandwich was perfect. The seasonal pumpkinspice chai was a real treat. Gaia's Garden is the place to go for anything Vegan. Their menu is 100% plant-based and animal free (including honey, which I... didn't know was vegan initially). They offer an amazing array of acai and fruit bowls, avacado toasts, along with sandwiches andbreakfast/snack items. A few things you have to try - Nachos - Totally amazing. The queso cheese is insanely good and almostimpossible to tell that it doesn't have dairy. If you're vegan or lactose intolerant and miss creamy, yummy queso cheese; thiswill be you're saving grace! So, so, good! On the same note if you aren't into dairy, another amazing item they have is theirranch! So good and it's a great light snack if you get it with the veggie tray. If you're looking for a great vegan breakfastburrito, they have you covered here as well. Super tasty and comes with some fresh Pico de Gallo. Yum! The cold brew is also ahit, and if you get the almond cold foam on top; you're in for a treat!! Definitely stop in and check this place out. It is alocally owned and smaller restaurant, so be sure to plan ahead for a short line. They do have a great online/take out orderingsystem, and we'll usually do that and save a little time if we're on the go. Love Gaia's Garden! A top-5 in all of St. Georgein my opinion.
