When we walked in, the hostess had her back to the front door watching TV and didn't notice us. The bartender barely... acknowledged us. The strange thing was the drinks were made in a closed door room behind the bar. The food was nothing special.The staff looked miserable and it reflected in the environment of the place. Empty floor, maybe 5 or 6 tables and 3 servers. 1 for the bar, 2 for the dining room. We had a booth, 5 of us. Our server was... clueless and completely disconnected from us. We sat over 20 minutes to put our order in. Another 10 minutes to get a new spritebecause the syrup was out and the server went missing again. When food finally came, half of our group got food, the other halfwaited another 10-15 minutes so some were already finished with their food. Never refilled waters or soft drinks, had to ask fornapkins at a wing joint.. Service overall. Extremely poor. Read more
Everything was just fine. Our server was not great but still okay. lady at front was very weird we walked in and she didn't say... a word to us until we told her 2 people and she silently walked off to a table. Have not been here in years the updated menu has a much bigger selection. Ultimate nachos really is a meal for 3 ???? . Our... waiter was super awesome and hospitable. Loved his friendliness and knowledge of the menu. Read more
The food was decent but my waitress was a little slow. So that kind of ruined it for me. Also I ordered a 10 piece and got like... 7 legs and 3 flats so it wasn't an even distribution. So if you prefer one or the other you better let them know! Read more
I've been coming here for years with my friends and never have we had as good as service as we have had with nakesha. Every time... we come in (usually once or twice a week) we hope that we get her as our server because of her enthusiastic commitment to helpus and her kind personality. Best server that I've ever had out of any restaurant I've ever been to and she definetly should getsome kind of acknowledgement for her stellar work ethic! Read more
This seems to be the meeting place of this city. Lots of people came to watch the ufc 266 fights and everyone was having a... blast here. Great spot. Overall staff was great and the food was consistent to what I am used to in cali. Read more
I usually love BWW, but you got to go at the right time. It really depends on who is in the kitchen. If they are a good chef... they will make sure each wing has sauce on it. If it is a throw together chef, then you might get some sauce on some of yourwings. It is hit or miss. I loved our waitress, but a lot of the staff members just look unhappy. The lighting is turned low andit does get kind of loud in there so it is hard to hear whoever you came with to carry on a decent conversation. They changedsome of the recipes on their sauces, so some of them just don't have the same flavor. If your looking for an affordable nightout where you can enjoy the game and can chose to sit outside or by the bar then totally worth it! The food is good, but justmake sure you have exactly what you want or just order extra sauce just in case. Read more
