Absolutely terrible location. I have ordered food from this location online 4 times - every time the food was over 30 minutes... late. Today I decided to give them one last try because I had family coming in town to celebrate a time sensitive event, so Iordered my food over an hour in advance. I arrived to pick up the food, and not only was it not ready, but the waitress told meI would have to wait another 60-90 minutes. What was most mind boggling about this, was that I saw customers walk in to orderin line, who waited in line and received their food before my order was touched. After speaking with the manager, he said therewas nothing he could do and that he had to continue to serve the walk in customers before getting to the online orders, and thateven though I had ordered my food over an hour ago with a promised delivery time of 6 pm, that it wouldn?t be ready until 7 or730. Went with a large family group and it was easy to accommodate all of us. It was very busy which is good for the local economy of... course! Service was friendly and expedient. Food is consistently yummy and fresh. Will continue to patronize Cafe Rio on aregular basis Read more

Awful service, nobody in a hurry. Attitude from the employee filling the order. Not even busy? Trash overflowing, no toilet... paper on the rest room. Great experience, NOT. Read more

I always like Cafe Rio food. This is a good one and they give decent portions on the meat, rice, and beans. Lettuce is skimpy,... but sure you could ask for more if you wanted it. Line goes decently fast and there's plenty of seating. Read more

McDonald?s has better customer service. Soda fountain sprayed all over my hands, rice was basically uncooked. I will say my... quesadilla was great, that?s why they got 2 stars not one. Even though it was 30 minutes before we were even able to order. Read more

One of my favorite restaurants.. love their barbecue on the salad. You could sense the tension of the workers.. they all seemed... very stressed and agitated except for one wonderful worker. There was a man that was walking around to the tables, wiping themand asking everyone if they needed anything.. he offered to refill your drinks also. The food tasted yummy. Super disappointing experience. My pickup time was 7:10. On the receipt even says ?promised by?? I waiting in line for almost an... hour and finally received my food at 7:50. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I try to be sympathetic andunderstanding when things are busy, and employees are obviously doing their best. However, that was NOT the case. Employees weremoving very slow, laughing, seemingly very relaxed and having lots of conversations, even the manager was trying to teach onethe employees Spanish while there?s a huge line of people waiting for their orders. Someone in line waiting for an order as wellfinally went up and complained. As soon as he left the manager starting making fun of him, and went back to her not managing therestaurant. Again, if it was busy, and they had been doing their best, I wouldn?t complain that it took 40 minutes more than mypromised time. But after seeing how poorly the restaurant was managed, and the disrespect for the customers, I figured I shouldgive some feedback. Read more

Café Rio is always my to go restaurant when I want Mexican grill. I am from Provo Utah. I was visiting Zion National Park today... and after an all day hike I wanted some delicious food. I was choosing from a local Mexican restaurant, Café Rio and In-N-Out.I trusted Café Rio so much and went there. It was horrible HORRIBLE experience! I was waiting in the line around 5:30PM. Thelady and her daughter were one of the employee or manager?s (He dressed different color polo shirt) friends or family member. Iunderstand if your families come to eat at the restaurant you working in. However, this employee laterally chatting with themfor over 7-10 minutes during the busy dinnertime!!! In addition, the waiting line was so long! That was something I?ve neverseen in Café Rio before. Finally it was my turn. I ordered my food but they were telling me there were no pico and lime. It wasdinnertime. It was not late afternoon or late night! All three employees were chatting the same time and it was so SLOW! I wentto get utensils and napkin. They did even have napkin ready. The table looked chaotic. After finished my food, I went tobathroom and it was nasty! It smells like train station with pees. The pee stall was clogged and not urinal screen. That was whywater came out. I took some picture as evidence. I love Café Rio a lot! I hope this is the only problem with this restaurant.I hope Café Rio can really figure out WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION!? I don?t want this ruin the Café Rio brand! Read more
