Great food....hot food!!! Friendly and polite customer service. Clear and easy to understand order taking. They rushed with my... food. They said hello, they smiled and they said have a great day. No mistakes on my order. Prices are about evenly matched toany other fast food now a days. Their food just seems better than let's say Mc Donald's stand by already prepared food that sitsand waits and it has a nice cooked hot temperature unlike others mildly hot lukewarm food. Read more
Going to start where I love Culvers food. I switch it up occasionally but today I got my original double deluxe burger and... sadly one patty was to raw to eat and the other slightly. If slightly I would have kept eating but one was to raw that it couldcause a medical emergency because I am pregnant. I called and reported it to the person on the phone just to remind the chef tobe sure to cook the food because not all of us can eat raw or slightly raw and left it at that. I was offered a refund or forthem to remake my order or anything. Which at this point is fine because I am home and don't want to drive back because I amtired. But I still would recommend Culvers but with some cautions because the staff today were mostly young kids, not always socautions will be said. Read more

Stop by for a bite to Eat, this location was very close to my hotel that I was staying at. There?s a location down in Salt Lake... and I really liked that place, so I decided to try the location down here and I was not let down at all. Rachel was the persontaking my order, she did a really good job, seemed pretty busy but looked like the staff was staying on top of things. I went in to Culver's in St. George to satisfy my weakness... ice cream. It was not busy inside the dining room nor at the... drive-thru. I ordered a small concrete with salted caramel, then sat down in the dining room. There were no clean tables, so Ipicked the cleanest table and cleaned it the best I could with a napkin. After 20 minutes I see that three other parties and twoemployees, who all sat down after I did, were served their orders. They were all food orders, some even with ice cream. Feelingfrustrated, I asked for a refund. When I did that, the manager said that she had my order right there, and did I still want itor did I just want a refund? So did that mean it had been sitting out for a while. Who wants to eat melted ice cream?(Not I, ifyou had any doubts). I received a refund and left the store. Read more

Culver's is delicious. I usually get the Culver's double Patty deluxe burger. The last time I went I got the chicken cashew... salad with grilled chicken and a chicken sandwich. I have edited this review because I get the chicken cashew salad for myselfand family members at least once a week now and it is very inconsistent. Quite often when I get the chicken cashew salad thereare very few cashews and sometimes there are no cashews. They are also very inconsistent on how much lettuce they put in thesalad. This is quite a bummer because when you are having this for your meal you expect there to be enough lettuce to satisfyyou, especially for the price you pay. I also get the family size fries quite often. The unfortunate thing is sometimes thefries are family size and sometimes they just give you a large order. When you are paying double the price you expect it to befamily size. I do still highly recommend Culver's. The food is quite tasty and quality. I have changed this from a five-starreview to a four-star review for these reasons. The photos are grilled chicken cashew salad, grilled chicken sandwich, doublebutter burger, family size french fry, Culver's double deluxe burgers, chicken noodle soup and a family size onion ring.
