Went in at 3:45 to pick up an online order then went through the drive thru (because I?ve picked it up that way before)and the... lady told me I needed to pick it up inside with an attitude . My mom went in to pick it in to pick it up then went home to thenfind out my Turkey bacon Avocado sandwich didn?t have any Avocado and the salad didnt come with any cilantro dressing. I had todrive back again and asked the lady that my order was wrong and she gave me a look,instead of her helping me she asked thisother guy. The guy was very understanding and he issued a refund which I was fine with just getting some a avocado on the slideand he also offered me a pastry. Before I left he forgot my dressing and I asked the lady if she ranch but then asked for thecilantro dressing she kept giving me and my mom an attitude looks. Read more
.5 stars because 1 is generous. Twice now I have placed an order no less than 3 hours before my scheduled pick up, and twice now... I?ve waited 45+ minutes in the pick up spot just to go in to get it myself to find my food hasn?t even been started yet? with noone in the restaurant or drive through. I?m not sure where the manager is, if there even is one, but he/she needs to be demotedand retrained and employees need to be put in check. Absolutely garbage service, do better. Read more

I?m a Kneaders fan! Even though one location was out of croissants (supply chain struggle is real), and I had called another... location to inquire, initially they were also out. But then they actually called back to say they did have a few and could takemy order order the phone!!! Life is good. They do take a few minute to fill the order, but it was worth the wait. Because it was 1:30 PM in the afternoon, there was no line, but still the food was fresh and very well made. They are not... stingy with the meat. They use a good lettuce and tomato. The bread was very tasty. Our service was quick and correct. Thepersonnel were friendly and accommodating. Read more
Ordered 10 desserts for a dinner party (4 sugar cookies, 2 bread puddings, and 4 tarts) a turkey sandwich, and 2 smoothies. I... paid at 1:30 and did not get my food until 2. The lady at the counter was nice but not fun since I had people waiting in the carfor me. Read more
