Nobody greeted us when we came in. A waiter walked by us twice, ignoring us and leaving us wondering if we were to seat... ourselves or wait. We had to ask him as he was walking by a 3rd time! Have eaten here for past 6 years and have always had great food and decent service. Tonight?s visit though was not enjoyable.... Food was still great but our waiters attitude and blunders set me off enough to write this review. Our waiters name was Chicoand he just came off on us about everything. First was the margarita then not having ability to make any other flavor ofmargarita or daiquiris and no ability to blend only on the rocks. Screwed up our food order so we all ate at different intervalsand we offered to eat the mistakes for a reduced price and he just said he?d throw it away instead. Needless to say his attitudeand no smiles no welcoming, no thanks for stopping in was reflected in his tip. Read more
These guys dishes are based on peppers so not just a catchy name. I typically don't like pepper based dishes but these guys know... how to incorporate them and blend the flavor. They brought out three varieties of salsa, the hottest happened gradually and in agood way. Refills on chips. No heavy weight oil fried store bought chips here either. Great atmosphere. Utah family sized tablestucked away and comfortable. I'll definitely be back! A quick note. During covid I realized the real value of going out to eat.I don't buy food. I buy time with people. Restaurants give that. We are living in a new normal now and labor is tight. Theseguys addressed that and hustled to deliver. Read more
Fantastic meal! Walked in and was met friendly people who did their best to make sure we had what we needed. The place was clean... and full of personality. I ordered the Beso Chimichanga, 1 with chicken and 1 with pork. The chicken was some of the bestchicken I've had from a restaurant in a long time. The pork was delicious as well. While waiting for our food, our server didnot let us run out of chips and salsa! All salsa levels of hear, as well as the chips, were delicious. All around great visit.Will definitely be coming back a few more times! Read more
Ordered takeout on 7/2, the food was room temperature, the rice was undercooked and no complimentary chips and salsa. We?re... regulars but usually dine in and it?s been fantastic with exception of the last few times we?ve been there. Not sure if theyhave new management or something else but not as good as it used to be. Read more
Food was disappointing at best. My Wife and I both said that was not what I was expecting, save your money Wendy's would have... been better. Worth driving to a different Mexican Restaurant. 10% Automatic Gratuity on Take out is No Es Bueno. Read more
Very unhappy with the lack of service. My family and I stood at the check in counter waiting for someone to acknowledge we'd... even stepped in the door. I saw at least 3 staff members look our direction and no one ever even acknowledged we were there.Another couple came in a little bit later and still nothing. They left. I thought for sure one of the staff was heading ourdirection but instead she looked at us, grabbed the check off a table that had already left then turned around and walked theopposite direction. We were fine going somewhere else as the food isn't always that good anyways. I was disappointed theycouldn't even acknowledge our presence. We ended up going to another local place for the same price and got better service andfood. **Update: Visited the new bar area to give them another try. It was a better experience. Good service in the bar area. Food was nothing to write home about. Average at best. Because of state laws the drinks were weak.
