I know people make mistakes and know that staffing is short and that sometimes you have employees who don’t care. I order 4... chicken sandwiches 2 in a meal and 2 singles. when I checked the bag there was 2 chicken sandwiches plus 2 boxes. So I assumedthey were in there. I live 24 minutes away. So when I got home and realized I was missing 2 sandwiches. I called and asked forthe manager he said he was the manager and his name was Robert. I explained and he asked for my order number. After giving himthe info he said oh well. Next time you come in, Ask for Robert. If I’m still here I’ll give you 2 sandwiches. I feel hedidn’t care and spoke to me immaturity and not professional. He refused to give me cooperate number. So if you all see this.Just check on your stores, how they are being run and who’s running it. Simply teach them to say I’m sorry. Read more
Very hit an miss place. Service is often slow, and new employees are not adequately trained, mangers weren't willing to help the... young cashier that was thrown into the job without knowing how to operate the register. Ended up with a 40 minute wait on food.The food is always amazing though, the chicken sandwich, biscuits, and chicken fingers are delicious. I love the buttermilkranch. Great lemonade. Read more
Legit half of my sons Mac and Cheese was this massive clump of cheese. The cup was barely even filled to begin with. For the... price.. not worth it. What he did have is tasty but I just can’t believe this is how you’d serve a kids meal. Read more
The manager was busy on the phone and told us we'd get help soon. Took 5+ minutes for anyone to help us, the first person that... asked us about the order we were picking up totally disregarded us and didn't help at all (it wasn't even busy, he just stoodaround). We had one really nice worker that immediately start helping us as soon as he arrived for his shift. So I just wantedto say thank you so much Thayne. Everyone knows Popeyes has really been struggling lately. Dining room closed, lights never turned on and ALWAYS out of menu... items. When they are actually open, there is only two workers there. I stumbled across an employment post hiring a store managerwith the pay of $13-15 per hour. I know the pay rate is why they are having such problems. how can you expect to have loyal,quality workers for $13 an hour for a manager position. Several other fast food business are advertising for managers at a payrate of $60,000 to $70,000 per year salary. I will no longer be supporting Popeyes because I feel like they are totally takingadvantage of their workers. The cost of living is so expensive, especially in St George, that no one can survive on those wages.I am really horrified. Read more

Did not have shrimp in the store but online ording they did? Lost my on line coupon did not offer to fix the problem. So i order... the 3 pigeon wings atleast that what they looked like. Filled out form on line to complain and 3 weeks later still waiting.... Read more
Sat in the drive-thru for 35 minutes just order my food, get to the window to pay they proceed to Tell me they only have one... blacked chicken sandwich they can cook I said fine just give me one normal and one blackened chicken, the two drinks that weregiven to me had the wrong tops on them, they told me to pull around to the front so then they can make my food when they broughtmy food there were no sauces and my order was wrong and missing a complete sandwich, the entire store was being ran by children.never in my life have I ever been to a Popeyes that had this bad service..... Now, having said that.. the food I did great wasactually really good. Was surprised how good considering everything else. Also please note the workers were very polite andcourteous, but they need to get management together. Read more
