My sandwich was actually pretty good, but I feel like they are a tad pricey for what you get. I rate them as the same level of... Jimmy Johns and above Subway, but below jersey Mikes. They were a little bit slow when we went, the best part I guess is howconvenient they are to where I live, but I would rather go down the street to American Grinders in the industrial area on riverroad. Sat in the drive through for 15 mins. When I got to the pick up window I saw two boys screwing around. Whipping each other with... towels and hitting each other with the broom and bread racks. I was so appalled. No wonder the wait is so long. One person isworking and the rest are playing around. The sandwich was sad and had very little meat. Disappointed Read more
Great food at a reasonable price but had to wait in line for over 10 minutes to order and drink lids were not stocked at the... self-serve fountain. There were plenty of employees they just lacked efficiency. Read more
Absolutely the worst service ever in my entire life of any location - restaurant, retail, anywhere. Went to the cashier to... pick up my online order. The cashier said it would be a few more minutes. After 15 minutes waiting, a girl came up to me andstated I was early and to come back 15 minutes. 1) I was not early. 2) In the event I was early, why didn't the cashier saythat to me or somebody else said that to me instead of waiting for over 15 minutes? 1st and only time I will ever visit a portof subs. What is the purpose of an online order/preorder for my organization if that will not be honored? Therefore, I hadto depart without my order. Returned over one hour later and was told my order will be ready in about ten minutes. Receivedsoggy, nasty sandwiches. Again, we'll never visit Port of Subs for business or personal reasons. They skimp you more here than they do at subway. They literally have an 11 yr old working there that has no idea how to make a... sandwich. The tuna was dry as can be and they skimped on everything! Barley a scoop of tuna and 2 cucumbers barley a squeeze ofmustard Mayo. And they didn?t even ask what cheese I wanted just threw whatever on there. So disappointing especially for thecost. Wonderful Sub. Fresh soft bread with quality meat and cheese. Very good veggies to top it off. Very clean store. Service is fast... and easy. Friendly staff members to help you out. Had the Turkey Ham with provolone cheese, on white bread. Read more
Great little sandwich shop. They slice the meat fresh for your sandwich. Service was great and so was the food; prices were... very reasonable. Really enjoyed everything. I also got a brownie and didn't have high hopes for it, but was pleasantlysurprised; it was very tasty. Overall, highly recommended. Read more
Frozen steak was microwaved and dumped on the bread from a cup. The juices soaked the bread and made it inedible. Boys working... were friendly and gave us new bread, but sandwich wasn't great. Read more
