The lady at the window was VERY rude. The root beer freeze was very runny. But most of all, the service was very rude and I will... tell everybody about that because that is not okay. I do not like the fact we could not go inside and order food, because "they are understaff because the saff is in high school... and it's prom night " so when I walk to the drive through, the manger guy said "you need a car to order food" and that he wouldnot serve us. I don't see why he could not take our order. So we came back wit our car that has a trailer on it. We got stuck inthe drive through. And the people behind us order food. And the food was taken out to them. He could have done the same thingfor us, but. Turned us away. I normally don't write anything bad about places, but not today. Read more
I'm a local, been going here for years. The only downside to eating here is the pricey food. However this location is in St.... Helena and years ago they were paying more $$ per hour than any fast food place in the Napa valley. That is still true today,so... The people are always nice, food is hot and tasty too. I usually hit the drive through but on occasion I will go in. Iwent in yesterday sat July 24th 2021 about 720pm. Drive through was somewhat busy. Inside it was empty, but the last group ofcustomers were absolute lazy slobs that left messy tables, floor and the area to fill your beverage too. While me and my girlwaited for our food a young man was sweeping up this mess, cleaning the tables and just all the mess these people left. Sothumbs up for a crew that is on top of it. They were minutes from closing when we left and were doing their closing up things.I've always been happy with the food, but for fast food it can get expensive quick. Read more

A quick stop for an espresso and a chili dog...LOL...Yes a great combo here in wine country. Writing this review because the... young lady working the Drive Thru was absolutely tremendous.
