Lovely atmosphere for dinner. The staff was very friendly in the restaurant had a peaceful environment. All of our food tasted... great and the presentation was impeccable. There were lots of unique flavors and things I had never eaten before so it was agreat experience to try new foods. My only complaint was that entrées were served around room temperature. If they were warmer,they would’ve been perfect. Portions on most items are small so you’ll need to order a few things if you’re hungry. Read more
I went to Press for my birthday earlier this week. My service was exceptional. Everyone was gracious and lovely and went above... and beyond to make the experience special. The care and knowledge they have of their guests and menu is noteworthy. My serverwas Mathew. He was fantastic! The food was excellently timed and presented. The courses were well paired with wine. I left thechoice up to them and I’m so glad I did. The dishes were plated beautifully. The quality was notable. The contrast andcompatibility of flavors remarkable. I didn’t love all the dishes equally but I’ve included pictures of my favorites. Theonly thing I didn’t especially enjoy was the choice of music. To eclectic without consideration for ambiance, in my opinion. Iread the less than favorable reviews before I went but it’s worth trying for yourself! I’m so glad I did. It was a highlightof my trip. Celebrated a special birthday for a dear friend at Press, in the Rudd Cellar. Service was fantastic and the food was pretty... good. Eileen help plan everything for the room/menu and Vincent was our wine guy (who is extremely knowledgeable in his craft).All in all a good experience. Read more
Memorable dinner in Napa. It’s been on our to-visit list for a while so made a reservation for our mini honeymoon in Napa.... Staff are extremely attentive and friendly, they removed even a small dust from the table. They prepared the perfect coupleseating where we could see the whole interior at a glance ???? everything was delicious but truffle risotto was my abs fave.Their desserts are gorgeous: get olive oil chocolate moose! A beautiful backdrop, a warm interior, outstanding service, and delicious dishes made our experience at Press one to remember. ... While the portions are small, the flavors were impactful. The wine pairings were also flawless. After dinner, we enjoyed anight cap outside on the back patio, sitting in front of a glass coffee table that had a fire inside (very interesting).
