Kaylee is killing it here, honestly the best vegan option in town no question about it. And she keeps two options one being the... Mac daddy that's always available vegan style. I absolutely love this bistro, it's very well decorated inside and outsideseating is available. I truly hope this little town can appreciate what Kaylee is doing. I am currently eating the Mac daddywith mushrooms and it's so balance with it's flavors, and the pineapple slaw has taken my mind back to the beach on Hawaii withhow fresh and light it tastes! The cocktail list is wonderfully put together with classics and house crafted cocktails. Thereis also an extensive wine list for such at small bistro. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by for a meal I will be back almost weeklyguaranteed! Read more

Very good food, small inside maybe 6-7 tables. They do takeout also and are working on trying to get outdoor seating. Not alot... of choices on the menu, but they change it up every two weeks. Great place to eat in St Helens. Read more

Mac and cheese as bread?!? What?!? Ooh and their raspberry puree is made in house and it is BOMB in a lemon drop. Their patio... is open and it's a great place to enjoy the weather! Check it out during 13 nights for front row live music. Anyone that missesTrent's food from CCB needs to come down... it was very nostalgic for me. Read more

The food was exceptional! Full of flavor, fresh, and unique. Plus gluten free! We all loved it! Additionally, the service was... great. My daughter and I split the taco dish, and they thoughtfully plated it separately for us. I highly recommend! Read more

What an incredible gem of a restaurant to find in St Helens! I felt like I was at a premier dining experience in San Francisco... or New York. The cocktails were sensational and unique. And the food, WOW, you could tell how much care and consideration wasput into every part of it. It was presented beautifully and the flavors were balanced to perfection. As a vegetarian living inrural Oregon, I've come to expect that restaurants have no clue how to cook a vegetable or that seasonings even exist, so when Itook a bite of my broccoli and cauliflower and my mouth burst with flavor and spices, I cried actual tears of joy. The waitresswas friendly, helpful, and very considerate towards my dietary restrictions. All in all I'd have to say that whoever is behindthis restaurant should probably be cooking at a Michelin star restaurant, so everyone should try this place out before they'rediscovered and become celebrity chefs! We finally got a chance to check out Columbia County Bistro in St. Helens on the Waterfront. Super cute place. My husband... LOVED the Walnut Pesto Zucchini Noodles. And my kiddo gobbled down the mac & cheese so fast that I didn't get a chance to get apic! #ColumbiaCountyBistro #GlutenFreeRestaurant Images by #SmackSnap Read more

I had the Mac Daddy and my guest had the Beef Stir Fry. Both dishes were fantastic The only thing that disappointed me was at... some point I had to actually finish it and be done eating it. I had a cocktail here as well, which was fantastic. Molly andKayleigh, you both do a fantastic job. Thank you for having us. Read more

Super friendly. Great atmosphere. Local gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. The Mac Daddy was amazing! I had her make it... vegetarian with grilled mushrooms instead of pulled pork. The pineapple slaw was hefty portion wise, and full of flavor. CCBsmenu changes every couple weeks, and is always fresh. The mac daddy is their constant offering on the menu. My goal is topaddle board or kayak from scappoose bay paddling center to historic St Helen?s. There?s so much potential in this small town...and this bistro will be so popular if the town can get more people here. I recommend doing a promo with scappoose bay paddlingcenter (next adventure) and offer a discount for those who paddle their way to your restaurant or historic downtown in general!Local businesses working together is the best way to thrive.
