We moved to St. Helens from North Portland about 6 mos ago & at first, the pizza here was always perfect, fresh, hot, etc... but... having ordered on a regular basis for awhile now, I've noticed that when choosing carryout instead of delivery like we did whenfirst ordering from this location, our pizzas have consistently been made very sloppily; they're either over or under cooked,not at all hot, toppings have been scarce & few, and not at all distributed evenly on the pizza, or there's a part of the pizzawith no toppings and cheese whatsoever. Not sure what's going on and why there's been such a drastic change in the quality (notfor the better) of the pizza, but we're not going to be ordering from here regularly anymore because of it. I've contactedcustomer service multiple times with our issues, tried submitting forms online (got technical errors each time) tried callingcustomer support and was told to submit a complaint online, which like I said, is ridiculously impossible because of the websiteerrors and the online form not loading or completing properly. I really wanted to love this location especially because it wasfantastic when we first started getting our pizza here, but sadly, we're looking fir a new pizza spot for now :( Read more
Quite possibly the worst Domino's in the US. I've ordered delivery every weekend for the last 6 months and there's about a 75%... chance the cheese is extremely burnt. Perhaps there's just a lot of employee turnover, but I really wish there was betterquality control rules here. Read more
The St. Helens Domino's Pizza might be a bit better than Scappoose, but this us based on a couple orders. My wings here were... full size and very well coated in sauce. This us not the case fir multiple orders from Scappoose location! St. Helens locationwebsite would not let me choose delivery, per the employee this is why. I had to pick it up. I tried to use the coupon 2 or more for 6.99 each and it took the 2 cheapest items and actually up charged it to fit the coupon.... I ended up picking a different coupon. However when I did receive my pizza it had hair in the pizza. Like IN the dough…cookedin it. I couldn’t just “pick it off” because it was stuck in there????the delivery lady was cool though, I think her namewas crystal? Read more
So far so good. My first recent order was great with the exception of a Liter of Soda. Ten minutes later we get a knock on the... door, our soda! Integrity is important! Today we ordered the pan pizza and o have to say is the best style, however my mainissue is that my pizzas always come with cheese missing on half the pizza. So decided to order extra cheese on our pizzas todayand still same issue. Cheese just missing from top and only sauce and bread. Been here since July 5th. I mean.... I guess we will eat it however, I wish there were more affordable pizza restaurants out... here other than Papa Murphy's. Shame.. Read more
For some reason the last few pizzas we ordered looked like this, with no garlic herb oil on the crust…sigh.
Everyone is friendly and service is fast. Food has been great and consistent for months.
